This is the first review I have ever written because I could never be bothered, but the care we received from Kendall needs to be known to everyone. We booked a trip through Kendall before the pandemic shut everything down, we rescheduled and then had to reschedule again. Kendall was always very attentive and returned calls and email immediately. I know she was doing a lot of work behind the scenes to get us the best trip possible. Once we were able to go on our beautiful trip there was a mix up at the hotel about the area we wanted to be in. I called Kendall who immediately picked up the phone and within 15 minutes we were given a room in our desired area.

Our blended family of ten adults had the best excursion to Italy several years ago. Kendall has amazing instincts and attention to detail - and it’s safe to say, we all had a great time! Rome, Florence, Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast were on our itinerary with flawless accommodations and connections by plane, train and private car. Kendall has helped us with other memorable family trips to Cape Cod, the Outer Banks and Cancun. I highly recommend Kendall and Terra Nova Travel!
