Having worked with many event planners in the course of my career, I can truly say that Hive Events is a cut above the rest. They were friendly, professional, and SO on top of communication during the planning process with our client. The day of the wedding, they handled the entire day with ease, ensuring that every detail was perfect and all guests felt free to relax and enjoy themselves. These ladies are SO great at what they do! We are wedding photographers who have been in the industry for the past 8 years. We worked with Teal and her team on two weddings last year and both of them ran so smoothly and were put together beautifully! They are SO kind and great at communicating leading up to the event as well as on the day! We are looking forward to working with this team more!!

Teal at Hive was perfect for us. We met with several different coordinators to help us with our Santa Barbara wedding but loved Teal's laid back style - she was super experienced and knowledgable, but has a relaxed vibe that worked for us. She was a great sounding board to help us identify and evaluate the vendors that made the most sense for us and had great ideas that helped us in the early stages as well as right up until the end. She also uses technology well to keep things organized (she's not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get into a spreadsheet when needed), was a really effective and clear communicator, and worked really well with all our other vendors - which is a must in in a wedding coordinator. Overall, the perfect mix of friendly but professional for us - and everything at the wedding went off without a hitch, and that says everything!
