Best customer service & best dresses in the Chicago Land Area! They have a large inventory of gorgeous dresses and really take the time to help you pick the perfect dress that makes you feel your best! I buy all my dresses from here & can't wait for my next formal occasion!!! Ann & Nicki are the best!!! Excellent prices 🙂

We went in on February 9 and ordered a prom dress. Told it would be in in 4-6 weeks. I called after 6 weeks, told to call back in 10 days. I called back after 10 days, told it wasn't in, and they'd call me as soon as it was in. I called again several days later, was promised a call back on Monday (no one called back). I went into the store today to figure out what was going on. Was told this is how it is, and I'd just have to wait, because she's never not delivered on a dress on time. They come from China so it takes a long time, she said. I said this is precisely why we shopped early. I persisted that this was unsatisfactory and to appease me, she called her source, who said they had no record of the order. It's now April, prom is in 24 days, and no dress, plus it's no longer available in my daughter's size in her preferred color.

My daughter had two senior proms to attend, so we decided on two different dresses since many of her dances were cancelled due to Covid. That Girl staff and owner were so helpful-they did the fitting and we just provided the price range, colors and preferred styles. The options they gave were fantastic! The owner even exchanged one of the dresses (pre-fitting) due to a hip brace my daughter had to wear (post hip surgery) not fitting under one of the dresses. Very positive experience (other than cost) and I highly recommend!

if I could give this place a zero, I would. the owners are racist, condescending and hateful. I had a huge wedding to go to, and the dress I purchased was literally ripping at the seams not because it was too small. It was actually too big, but the quality was unacceptable and I had to wrap a scarf around my waist the whole time during the wedding. I took it back because they told me to bring it in and all they wanted to do was fix it. But I specifically told them that the venue was over and I would like my money back. the old hag that owns the place started to yell at me and tell me she doesn't want "gypsies" in her place anymore. Which is a racial slur. I was so devastated at the lack of communication and respect that I left the garage dress there and left. Be careful when you go here because they do not have any respect or customer service!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DON'T LET THEM CONVINCE YOU. The girls that are helping customers are kind , but the owner and the manager, OMG- at first they seemed so desperate to make the sale that they are kind and personable until the payment is made! After the payment both are extremely rude and racist , specially the manager. When you get there, they promise all this nice things about the dresses that are ordered. But once the dress arrives and if you have any questions, concerns, or you want to fix something about the dress, that's when they show their real face and attitude. I paid almost 500 for my daughter's dress and it wasn't her size that she ordered when it arrived. They didn't want to help her after that. They just wanted the money and if you like the dress or not, they don't care about the customer anymore. DON'T GO THERE!

After being warned of other boutiques, I was told to go to That Girl Boutique. From the second we walked in, they made us feel like family. When I told them my daughter’s prom was on April 28th, in FIVE days, they wasted no time. They asked price range and colors and quickly went to work. Within minutes they had about 10 dresses pulled. I was feeling a lot helpless but man, they really know how to calm and reassure you. We found the perfect emerald green dress and a super low cost.

I could NOT be more grateful and relived. And so extremely happy that my friends recommended That Girl Boutique. I will never go anywhere else. Some of these higher end shops can be a little intimidating to walk into, but not once did I feel that.

Also, Thank you to the owner, her granddaughter Nikki, Izabelle, Ellie, and all the other ladies for trying to help Taylor “get out” of the infamous blue dress LOL!
