Graceann was awesome!! So thoughtful and thorough!!! Sure everyone now thinks it’s easy to book travel with the websites now, but getting key information about certain regions and countries is complicated sometimes, that’s why we use The Agency Chic, they know all about the details on the best way to get in and out of the airport smoothly and easily without having any issues with enjoying your vacation!!!
Booking is so easy, give them a budget and a destination and what you’re looking for and they’ll find it!!
our last trip to Cancun was perfect, we explained we wanted a bouje resort and we got it!!! It was really easy.
Would have taken me days to find the best place to stay and then book transportation to and from airport…., Maria, and her staff, especially GraceAnn, really took the time to figure out exactly what we wanted!!! We actually have booked multiple trips now with her and it really is peaceful and easy!

Absolutely loved our vacation to Eldorado Seaside Suites in Riviera Maya! We went on the recommendation of our travel agent Kelli with Tipsy Tourist Travel. She took care of every detail and was always available with any questions that we had. The resort and activities we had as part of our trip were perfect for us! We had access to an infinity pool right outside of our room and the hotel pool was very nice. Staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the spa/massage, the romantic dinner on the beach and breakfast in the room the next day. Evening entertainment was different every evening and was very good. The shopping trip to Playa del Carmen was nice but would recommend doing early in the day as it gets hot mid-day. Also would not recommend attending the membership sales pitch, it was much longer than originally shared and ended up being a high pressure sales pitch at the end.

Nicole at The Agency Chic helped me book a hotel in Danbury, CT for a family function. The rate she secured was significantly less than anything I found online! Nicole really took her time in finding me a place that would suit all of my needs. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and resources throughout my experience with The Agency Chic! Upon arriving to my hotel, I received an upgrade at a very low cost compliments of Nicole! She also shared with me local hot spots and activities for me to check out that weekend.
I highly recommend The Agency Chic for any local or international vacation. I will definitely contact Nicole for my next trip! It was easy, hassle free, inexpensive and an overall delight.

Oh my gosh, we had the BEST time thanks to Maria at agency chic in Italy! We've used her before for a trip to Punta Cana, and she makes vacations extra relaxing with her help with planning. We had constant reminders for flight updates or tour changes, and she chose the best hotels within our budget. She promptly and patiently answered all of my questions during the planning portion. Also, having the app with all of our documentation in one place was super convenient to have on the go! The Agency Chic is the best!!!
