We got married here this past weekend and it was such a beautiful day! The venue was perfect for the style we wanted and such a good price compared to similar venues we looked at. We had an outdoor ceremony and the set up was perfect and easy to decorate. We used the the grooms/bridal suites the day of and the day before (our rehearsal dinner) and they were nice to have. They each had their own fridge, table, and a lounge area. The barn itself is nice and has a good kitchen with a fridge, freezer, and food warmer that’s helpful.

Two main things I like about this venue is 1. The sunflowers that are in the field behind outdoor ceremony area. They are beautiful and were great for our sunset photos after the ceremony. And 2. How easy and nice Greg was to work with! He is so sweet and was helpful for everything we needed. He made everything easy and we were able to have whatever outside vendors we wanted.

I definitely recommend 🥰

First, the good- The venue is great. The barn has 3 levels with a deck, it’s beautiful. The kitchen, bar, bathrooms, bride and grooms suites, the overall space are all great. You can have your wedding inside or outside depending on weather very easily. We had our wedding there on 11/2/2024. Everything went perfect and smooth.

The bad- we found out a week after our wedding that the owners aren’t honest about giving you your damage deposit back which was $500. They claimed there were damages that just aren’t true. Their reasons- we popped confetti during our entrance to the reception….yeah I guess they didn’t like that, someone dropped one of our small very light vases, and they said it damaged their concrete lol, we taped wires down for the DJ equipment so people wouldn’t trip over the wires, they said that damaged their concrete, and we moved two of their wooden barrels which they said also damaged their concrete.

They will find reasons to keep your $500 deposit, even when no damage is actually done.

Since then we also spoke to two other people that used their venue as well and they didn’t get their damage deposit back either for BS reasons. Seems like a common theme with these people.

If I remember correctly when looking at venues I think they were comparable in price to other places. But not after adding the $500 deposit that they will keep. It’s just frustrating, after paying around $4k for the venue, paying almost $2k for the bar tab, paying them $500 to work the bar, paying for the alcohol in the suites, and paying for insurance on the venue. It just isn’t enough, they needed that extra $500 too.

Great venue but dishonest, greedy owners.

Nice venue, I really liked the rustic barn look, went for a wedding. Unsure if the venue sourced the bartenders, but they were rather rude. I asked for a cup of water for my fiance and they flat out refused it was ridiculous to say the least. Everything else was great, it was a really nice place for a wedding.

We did not use this venue. I will explain why. 1st thing, it is beautiful. I loved the different floor levels, the loft. Each level has 2 restrooms. The kitchen has everything needed, including a nice food warmer. The bride/groom suites were nice. They both have kitchenettes. The owner seemed super sweet & kind. But here is why we did not choose this location. 1. The price is a tad higher compared to another local venue, that in my opinion is not only nicer but has everything in 1 building. With my daughter's wedding being in Dec. that was important to us. The P.B
suites were nice but very basic & a good walk from the barn (again with a Dec wedding in mind). 2. When we 1st arrived to look at the venue, there was vomit EVERYWHERE outside around the building. I understand people are busy, but perhaps double checking your venue before showing to potential renters. 3. We personally did not care for the fact that the ceremony & reception would be in the same space. Now, if you're having an outdoor ceremony, it wouldn't be an issue. Those are the main reasons we did not choose this location. If the price would've been around $500 less than the place we chose, then maybe we would've chosen the PB. But they just don't offer near what we got elsewhere, as a matter of fact the PB was $300 more. Now, I will say another great feature they have is the open bar options. And unlike the place we chose, the PB actually serves liquor. That may or may not be a good thing, that's up to you lol.
The PB would be good for other events and again, it is gorgeous. The updates they made were very nice. But because of cost, the suites, the vomit, & the all in one is why we decided not to choose this location for our daughter's Dec wedding. But you may love it, so at least book a viewing. Doesn't hurt to look!!

Nice venue for weddings and receptions etc. Looks like it could be used year round but be aware of noticeable large cracks around the big door.

The barn on 400 is an amazing venue to hold a wedding.
Greg is awesome and is very easy to work with and so kind.
The barn itself is so clean and ready for your own decorations. The loft had plenty of room for additional guests. Every seat had a perfect view of the dance floor. Which made for even more amazing pictures. The kitchen was clean and spacious to prepare food. There are restrooms on both levels of the barn.
The bride and grooms quarters are clean, bright and comfortable. The ceremony area overlooks a beautiful field. Perfect for cozy country pictures.

First off.. amazing venue and scenery. I had my wedding here and I loved the suites and barn, it was exactly what I envisioned. Greg runs the place and was super kind and friendly and super super helpful when it came to questions or details of my wedding. Definitely recommend this place for a wedding just amazing overall with everything. Thank you Greg for everything!
