Julie and her staff are Awesome! From the very beginning, every staff member we came in contact with were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They responded quickly to all my emails and on the days leading up to the wedding, they made sure all the details were in order. On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly. Everything about our wedding was perfect and we can't THANK them enough for helping make our night special. I would recommend this beautiful venue 100 percent!

Hands down the best venue! Julie and her staff were amazing!! Everything was taken care of and everyone was so helpful through the whole process and even the night of our wedding!! We are so happy and appreciate everything. Truly a great night and all my guests loved the set up, decor and venue.

Hands down Julie and her staff along with her preferred vendors are THE BEST! All of our guest loved the venue and really enjoyed taking with Julie throughout our wedding. She made the day go so smooth, made sure my husband and I had what we needed. We recommended this venue to everyone❤️

We've held two events here so far and both have been absolutely perfect! It's the perfect location for a family gathering with lots of kids and adults. Extremely easy to find with great parking. We took family pictures, let the kids play in the large outdoor yard without worry, and easily served food. They had plenty of indoor seating for everyone with lovely tables and chairs. We walked in and were absolutely blown away with how gorgeous and rustic it was! The kitchen facilities were close at hand and had everything we needed. The lighting was beautiful. The bathrooms were so clean and smelled wonderful. Completely easy to schedule with quick and friendly communication. The whole thing could not have been simpler or more perfect! Julie and her team are amazing! Highly recommend this venue!

This is an interesting venue. It's rustic and unclean in a clever way. It has various facilities needed and usable. Inside and/or outside space available. Several types of decorations are available for use. It is way out, but if it is the sort of facility you need it's pleasant.

The Big Tin Cotton Gin is the perfect venue that combined an industrial and rustic aesthetic for my wedding day! Everything from the coordination, to the decorations, to the amenities were everything I could have wanted on my big day! Julie and her team were absolute rockstars the day of the wedding, ensuring that I had everything I needed to make it through the reception and ceremony. I would recommend The Gin to anyone and everyone looking to get married in the East Valley of AZ!

Nice place for an event. Nice outdoor as well as an indoor area. I only found one bathroom and parking is a bit limited depending on your event.
