We absolutely loved The Event Place! Kat has amazing communication skills, and was always extremely helpful and supportive for our events. The place had great parking and was perfect for our Vision Nights!

Beautiful venue but a very small parking lot. Make sure to arrive at your event early as it gets full quickly. Parking around the small side streets is allowed but it’s very tight. Also watch out for any street signs to avoid being towed.

I went to a VIP Celebration event this week at The Event Place, and I was very impressed! From the cleaniest of the venue, to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was remarkable. For someone who is looking for a great place to have an event this is the place to have it. The Event Place team will be the team you would want to collaborate with for that memorable event in the near future.

I absolutely loved this venue and the owners were uhhhmazing to work with! I hosted my daughter's sweet 16 in April 2022. I had 2 months to plan this. I loved the idea that the venue is your blank canvas. For those of you with creative minds, this is the place! The industrial elegant look won me over. You can dress it up anyway you want. It includes the tables and chairs and has a mobile bar that you can move depending on your party layout. I hired my own licensed bartender with alcohol. Comes with a full kitchen where your caterer can set up and use. Has good size parking. Don't let the area deter you, they can provide you with their security officers or you can rent your own. Location is perfect for out of town guests. Downtown is a hop skip and a jump and the metro rail is literally on the other side of the block. And don't forget the Washington area and EaDo for those guests. I am in the event party business with my photo booth and have been to A TON of venues. I absolutely recommend this venue for your holiday, birthday, company party, wedding etc... This will be my favorite every time!
