She was extremely organized and even with the surprise weather that kept us from going to the church where the wedding was scheduled, she didn't panic and we were able to get to a new church so the wedding could go on as planned! We had our big day and it was magical albeit full of twists and turns that we would not have been able to navigate on our own - enter our amazing wedding planner Amanda!

On our wedding day Estes Park experienced a heavy, early snowfall. While mountain towns deal with this all the time- this snowfall was wet and heavy, causing many accidents. This forced the closure of the only road that provided access to our church (while we were loaded in the shuttle and enroute). Some of our wedding party and vendors made it to the church (and then were held in lockdown) while the bride and groom, most of the wedding party and all guests were turned around on the road while enroute. We were at an absolute standstill with only 1 hour until wedding time.

Amanda kept her cool and quickly jumped into action. She worked with another Catholic Church in Estes and had them push back a rehearsal to fit our wedding in! We notified all guests and the wedding was held (a few hours later than planned). Our trapped vendors (photographer, florist, church coordinator) as well as some key family members (Dad) were allowed to travel down the mountain road so we had everybody back under one roof in a beautiful church!

Amanda’s coordination with all of the vendors, (both those trapped and unable to get to us as well as those at our reception venue where we knew we’d be running late and need to shift things a bit) Was top-notch. We couldn’t have done that on our own. She coordinated everyone , arranged folks to carpool and redid our day of timeline in an instant.

I can’t say enough how impressed I am with Amanda. I was impressed in the year leading up to the wedding. She was a great communicator, very organized, very responsive. But after seeing her in the throes of a crisis, I can tell you there is no one else we would have rather had on our team and working on our behalf.

Thank you, Amanda for pulling off the impossible and truly making this wedding one for the record books. It was more magical and memorable than we ever would have dreamed it to be. Thank you!!!!
