Absolutely beautiful venue! Perfect in every way! The food is delicious! The manager and waitstaff were very attentive to every need that arose. They were friendly, courteous, and caring. This venue is highly recommended!

We rented the hall for our daughter’s first Birthday celebration, and we had an amazing time there. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Tammy, for helping us and answering me everytime with my doubts and organizing everything the way I wanted. Tammy was there to let the decor vendors know where to place everything when I was not there. Thank you so much Tammy & Falconwood for this amazing experience of our party. And yes one thing more, The place is really clean, well maintained, I highly recommend going for it.

I almost don’t want to post a review because I want to keep this place a secret. The staff thought of every little thing to make the day as easy as possible. The scenery is gorgeous and there are many opportunities for great photos. And the food is amazing!!

Okay. I’d like to start off by saying my husband and I absolutely ADORE the Falconwood and we loved every single second of our beautiful wedding. The food was amazing, the wait staff amazing, the venue-STUNNING. The venue had done some updating since the time we actually booked the wedding and it was even better than we had originally anticipated. It was so pretty. I honestly wish I didn’t have anything to complain about because it really was that wonderful.

However… The event coordinator needs an attitude adjustment. Yes, she knows her stuff and I do believe her intentions were pure and good hearted. She did not seem happy with her position. She was stressed and rude. She started off our journey by making a very snarky remark to me over the phone which I just let slide. It continued over the course of a year and a half.
The day before, she made it very clear that we were going to have to set up the majority of our centerpieces and decor on our own (which is totally fine because I could have it how I needed it to look) so my whole family came in before my rehearsal and we spent two hours setting up. She made a comment to my family about my decor and was absolutely bothered that we were there. Talk about a blow to everything you’ve worked so hard on! After she had given us a seating chart which I worked on strategically for months- she yelled at my bridal party saying we were placing them wrong. NOPE she messed up and blamed it on us. She continued during the wedding day making some pretty snarky remarks to my family. To this day almost a year later I’ve still got people commenting about how rude she was.
I had a guest show up late to dinner because there was an accident on the grand island bridge. We PAID for this persons meal and she refused to serve them (even though there were extra plates ready). The contract said no food to leave the premises. Nothing about guests who are late not being served. That’s petty.
I truly appreciate everything she did do, and believe me when I say she is talented, but I believe she could use some training in customer service. I’ve been hesitant to even post this review because the venue has backed her up multiple times on other reviews. But just from personal experience working in customer service.. the customers opinions should be respected.

Otherwise I want to reiterate that everything else was 100/10! The chicken was the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The wait staff was SO wonderful. The venue itself GORGEOUS. I would absolutely have another event here! Thank you Falconwood for the most gorgeous day!! 100% recommend!

The only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because the view was nice from where we were seating outside on the patio. However, the food was not as nice. Our choices were cold mashed potatoes, cold microwaved pasta, old zucchini, and chicken tenders as hard as a rock and tasted like one. Even the bread was very stale. It wasn't just me who thought the food was bad but a lot of customers from my group we're also returning/throwing away their food. The only good thing was the slices of meat. It wasn't that great but compared to the rest of the food, it was the only thing I ate. The ice cream was OK. It was kind of like one of those foods that doesn't really have a flavor, but you know what the flavor supposed to be so you just kind of put it in your mind that it taste like that when you eat it? Another reason i'm giving 2 stars is because the servers were nice and polite and generally doing their job. I would recommend this place for maybe like a funeral? Not for a dance or a wedding😬👎 plus there was a lot of sandflies around, and they did try to cover it with a cover sheet, but bugs were still entering inside.

My husband and I chose this venue immediately without looking elsewhere, because of the beautiful location and the great vibe we got from their event coordinator Tammy. From start to finish Tammy was a pleasure to work with, and gave us the exact wedding we envisioned. The staff we had was great, they all cheered me on before I walked down the aisle, and their excitement was genuine. When our reception started they were attentive, pleasant and helpful. Most restaurant and service staff nowadays seem to be just going through the motions as employees, but not at the Falconwood. I had several great conversations with them throughout the night, and I felt that they had just as good a time as we all did. All of our friends and family raved about the amazing food and atmosphere, and we were told by many that it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. I wish we could relive our wedding day again and again, it was absolutely perfect. 10/10, 5 stars.

I would not recommend this venue for a wedding. My 2 stars go to the wait staff and the location. Other than that, this venue is too pricey for what you get. The food was barely warm, very skimpy portions, and not great tasting. My daughter was treated like more of a burden than a paying customer. The covered patio was damaged by wind over the winter and was covered in an unsightly tarp. We were promised that the repair would be done in time for wedding and it was not! We paid an extra $650 to have a vegie platter for 180 people. The appetizers were enough for 25 people, not the 180 that we paid for. Again...skimpy! This venue needs a good cleaning!!!
