I ordered two sets of 150 bouquets of roses. 350 Total with taxes and deliver. I was promised dead flowers were going to be replaced since these two items were already pre-made the morning off.
Unfortunately, that was not the case, and they never delivered my cards with the two set of roses. Such a turn-off!! To make a card for a special someone and for that person to never receive it.
Defenetly need to improve their attention to detail and provide what they promise they are going to provide.
I attempted to call the same day I saw the roses, and no one answered.
Left a voicemail and still no call back.
