The last time I was in the Granada was to see the Neverending Story back in the '80s. By then, it had been split into two dingy, dirty, tiny theaters. I did get to see Star Wars there in '77, when the Granada was still in its prime, but losing its glory.

Today, the Granada is a beautiful venue and some of its former glory has been restored. It's a great place to go, see a band and have a drink.

Get out and support the Granada and have fun while you are there!

The Granada recently hosted a CASA event. It was the 2nd annual Luau. The place looked amazing. They had a man playing with fire, tropical cocktails, hula dancing and a great meal along with it. Everything was wonderful and I can't wait to attend next year!

The Granada Theatre was a fabulous venue for our daughter’s wedding. It is beautiful! Lacie is so helpful and takes care of everything! Asia was an excellent bartender. The Granada is a perfect location!

Class reunion was held at the venue -- great ambiance, staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit of a pain due to a classic car display that had the street blocked off, but we didn't let that affect our fun evening.

The photos are from our Chamber of Commerce 100 yr anniversary gala
It was the 1920's theme. The decorations were done by Pocketful of Sunshine. It was a great time!

My daughter and I went to go see a Pink Floyd tribute band named Echoes of Pompeii at the Granada theater. The experience was top notch from start to finish. The classic architecture has been preserved and is a delight to see. The sound system, on the other hand, is state of the art and sounds awesome! We had seats up by the stage, but I don't believe there is a bad one in the house. The large bar in the back was well staffed and we did not have to wait very long at all for drinks, even during intermission. I cannot recommend this venue enough for anybody that loves live music, truly a gem of southern Illinois!

Great Venue!! It's a great space! I love how it's a whole Dance Floor with lots of Room to Dance!!
The Bathroom is Dope! And definitely photo worthy! Great place!
