My boyfriend and I booked this tour for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it! Aliya was our guide and she was amazing. She was really knowledgeable about San Francisco's ghost history, knew exactly when to investigate a bit further if we felt something, and was overall an amazing storyteller. My bf and I got goosebumps and shivers at some of the history and stories she told. 5/5!!

What a fun night!! Becca was our guide, and she was fantastic! I’ve been on a lot of tours while traveling, but this was so different and one of my favorites. I loved all the history and use of “spirit” tools to connect with the local energies. It was my dad’s first time going on a tour and he really enjoyed himself. As locals, it was great to see old town from a different side. Wonderful night - Thanks, Becca.

The Haunt was such a fun SF experience! Transamerica building was a nice and safe place for us to wait for our group, so everything started off great. Our tour guide Rose is funny, VERY knowledgeable on SF paranormal and history and adorable! The tour was longer than I expected (which was awesome!) and just so happen to coincide with Chinatown night market so we got to experience a little bit of that too (lion and dragon dances, live music and djs) Rose was considerate of our safety and of other pedestrians. She knew all the spots and could give additional information if any of her guests had any questions. This honestly was one of the highlights of my first trip to SF. We had a group of self proclaimed “locals” in our group that were loud and obnoxious but that was minor. The tour wasn’t as scary as it was informative but it was fun to look for ghosts in a city that (based in its colorful history) should be packed with them!

We spent our last night SF walking through the streets of Chinatown in this spooky tour. What a great and different experience to learn about the not so pretty history of the city and its people. It was definitely interesting and we sure shared some great spooks and laughs. Aliyah was friendly, welcoming, engaging, fun and very entertaining. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone willing to experience something outside the box. Thanks for a great night.

Jamie is a wealth of knowledge about the history of the area. He supplements his stories with visual pictures. He is honest and let us know whe the meters would be reactive to things in the area so as not to distract from the tour. When the meters go off, he takes time to try to communicate using other tools and let's the participants try it for themselves. During our tour we talked to spirits using the copper rods and then we had a few instances of spirits touching us. Overall a great experience and highly recommend Jamie. Thanks for the adventure.

I recently went on the Ghost Tours SF, and it was such an unexpectedly informative experience! I thought it would be all about spooky tales, but I ended up learning so much about the history of San Francisco, from its early days to fascinating stories from as recent as the 1970s. Rose, our guide, was fantastic—so much fun to be around and full of energy. She made sure we stayed safe while walking around the city, especially when crossing the busy streets. Highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in San Francisco’s hidden stories!

Spooktacular Experience! I booked a ghost tour for our son's upcoming birthday on Halloween. Found the tour to be very interesting with a lot of historical facts. Super fun and def some realistic spooky moments.
I recommend parking at Portsmouth Square Plaza Garage which is walking distance. And afterwards we had the a late dinner at Toppu Ramen and Dim Sum House. (so yummy and again within walking distance)
Highly recommend this tour even for locals!

We decided to take this tour as our date night. Our guide was Jamie and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. We also appreciated how respectful he was of the area and spirits there. We really enjoyed the stories and learning more of the history here. It was family friendly and we would like to take the tour again with our kids in the near future.
