This was one of the best dinners I’ve had in a long time. Traveling from Pensacola, Florida to Crested Butte. We didn’t know where to go to eat after snowboarding. Decided to go downtown and found this place. It was delicious… Ordered the bao buns, wagyu tacos, deviled eggs, and loaded waffle fries. The flavors of everything was just amazing and blended together so well. Bao buns were the best ones I’ve ever had, felt like a marshmallow. All so good, would definitely recommend going here. 5 stars.

I had an amazing time at the Hideout this past week. I tried the daily special, Dank Oh’s, and loved the experimental take on the classic onion rings. As for the main course, YUM. Myself and a buddy split the chicken sandwich and the Powder Hound Burger, both were phenomenal. The burger was really juicy and fresh, and topped with a pork belly was an amazing. I’m not usually a person who like a big burger topped with a lot of different things, but the Powder Hound was a true exception. As for the chicken sandwich, this more than your normal chicken and sandwich and it shows as soon as it enters your mouth, crispy yet juicy, salty and yet tangy. I would definitely recommend both, specifically after a long day skiing fresh pow!

OMG the bao is incredible! The fried chicken and pork belly with the bang bang sauce was stellar! Started with the nacho appetizer and it did not disappoint! The most elevated and yummy nachos ever! Great menu options and loved the yuzu mule mocktail! Cozy and warm vibes and atmosphere and our server was great!

The crabcake was absolutely incredible—one of the best I’ve ever had. The local gem salad we ordered as a side was the perfect complement, balancing the flavors perfectly. Huge thanks to Muse for the great recommendation! The baos were spectacular, and the pork belly was cooked to perfection. The popcorn shrimp had the ideal crispiness, and the IPA we had added the perfect refreshing touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Super delicious food & a wonderful atmosphere! They offer indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and WOW. For dinner we had the Thai me up burger with the pasta salad and the POW Hound burger with fries. Both juicy and flavorful. Great service as well.

I can’t say enough amazing things about The Hideout!! The food is absolutely out of this world fantastic, the staff was excellent, and it’s all fairly priced.

Great unique menu. The food was incredible, Our server was so nice and was very accommodating with the allergies we had at the table. Drinks were well thought out and refreshing. Amazing atmosphere. Can't wait to go back asap. It's one of the best restaurants I've been to in quiet a while. Oh, and the miso chocolate chip cookie.... wow!

This place is great!

One of the few restaurants who were open past 9pm.

Wasn't too busy, and the staff was friendly upon entering.
The vibes were cool and they were playing great music.
The football games were on which I enjoyed.

The menu is small, but lots of great choices to select from.
I liked the Asian fusion style of contemporary dishes.
The bao buns were packed with flavor and I enjoyed the spicy sauce with the chicken.
Burger hit the spot and the small fries were seasoned beautifully.

Drinks were made well and the entire presentation was pleasing.

I opted for the whiskey ice cream and miso chocolate chip cookie and it was ooey gooey and delicious!

Wonderful place for an apres ski experience.
