The food from Hillside Catering was by far the best food I have ever had at a wedding! Wow! We had so many compliments from our guests about the quality and taste of the food that was served! Not only was it delicious, but the presentation of the buffet was also beautiful! Thank you for providing such great service! The Hillside Catering did an amazing job for my daughter's graduation party. The charcuterie board was artfully presented with a bounty of fresh meats, cheeses, fruits and chocolates. They didn't meet our expectations. They exceeded our expectations.

A five star rating is not enough for Hillside Catering and their staff! They are off the charts! Just simply amazing. They told us enjoy your day we will take care of everything and they certainly did just that!!! The food they served was outstanding, we received so many compliments on the menu. I cannot tell you how many people raved over the beef tenderloin, saying it was the most tender piece of meat they ever had! Some saying I usually don’t eat red meat but that was delicious! The chicken and pasta and all the appetizers were all delicious as well! The shrimp was the best we ever had, so many compliments on all the appetizers! Everything they did was incredible! Everything about them and their amazing staff, was a class act! The bridal party was so impressed, how right after the ceremony they came right to us with drinks and appetizers. They said we want to make sure you’re all taken care of! I simply cannot say enough on how amazing they and all their staff are! They were so detailed, and they cover it all! You all took so much worry off us!! They just went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful they catered our daughter’s and son-in-laws wedding! Thank you again to Adria and Michael and their amazing staff!!! They simply are the best of the best!!

I truly can’t put into words the quality and efforts Hillside brings to the table. The staff is filled with the kindest and most compassionate people you will ever meet. The food is absolutely amazing and the service will exceed all of your expectations. I couldn’t imagine having any other company to cater our wedding. Everything was perfect, delicious, and more than we could’ve asked for.

The organization that I work for provided the boxes for our entire staff. What a fun idea! There was a good variety with just enough of everything to satisfy. I will remember you the next time I need to do something special for someone!
