We bought day passes hoping to enjoy the pool, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the temperature condition.
The facility had two doors open despite the outside temperature being 35 F, which made the pool area uncomfortably cold. It was difficult to stay for more than an hour, and the experience was especially unpleasant for kids who could not use the hot tub, which could provide some warmth. It was not hot, and children under 14 were prohibited from using it.
We understand the need for airflow and humidity control, but conditions made it challenging to enjoy the visit.
We hope you can consider alternate solutions to balance air circulation while maintaining a comfortable environment for guests.

3/4/2025 update.
I appreciate that you're working on resolving the issue with the doors. However, knowing about such conditions beforehand would be helpful, especially when purchasing tickets. This would allow us to make a more informed decision on whether we are ready to swim in these conditions with kids for this money. Thanks for understanding!

We traveled from Morganfield,Ky and we absolutely loved every moment of this place. The indoor water Park was lovely the staff was wonderful. Life guards do there Jobs wonderfuly. We will definitely be back. We told people back home who are now going to travel to spend money in your town as well. Thank you letting us enjoy your facility and make memories with our family. My God bless this organization and let it grow tremendously.

They’re always helpful and give heads up if there will be any expected issues. I love taking my grandkids here for the weekend. It’s a great place in town all year around.

The Hub is a fitness facility with an indoor pool. I have been a member there for three years. The facility is clean, well equipped and the staff is friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I go to swim occasionally. The pool area is awesome! The price is pretty steep though. $10 for adult and $8 for my 16 year old. It's for all day, but when you're only there for 2 hours its a bit much. Staff is always friendly, pools are always clean.

Being able to take my special needs child to do the one thing that he wants to do all year round is incredible. Staff was so accommodating. Highly recommend!

I've only ever visited to aquatic park. Check the events schedule before visiting if you don't like large crowds. The life guards to a great job at making sure the pool rules ate being followed and keeping everyone safe.

I absolutely love this place. Most the staff is super friendly, the lifeguards are very attentive, and the atmosphere is just overall very positive. We had a family day and it was all smiles all the time in the aquatic area. I definitely recommend going here no matter what time of year it is!
