We decided to plan an intimate wedding in three months and wanted to hire a planner for the reception part of our wedding. I'm so happy we hired LOCAL!

They did a phenomenal job to say the very least. Every detail was accounted for. When we walked into our reception space (Blue Spirits Distilling) we were blown away with how stunning everything was (and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the florals, food, etc!). It was just magical. From the flower arrangements on the table to the photo booth backdrop and signature cocktail sign, and nods to how we met (Bumble) we were blown away. We had Shayla as our coordinator for the day, and she was so warm and inviting - she made us feel instantly more relaxed and ready to enjoy our evening.

I’ve worked with many planners/coordinators as a past wedding videographer, and I was insanely impressed with the level of professionalism by this team. Seriously. Thank you Ashley & Shayla for creating the reception of our dreams! We had the best night celebrating!

Ashley's insight and first-hand expertise in the Leavenworth wedding industry was so helpful during the early stages of our planning process. We hired "The Local Event Co" to do our New Years Eve wedding this last December. We worked with Brooke who was wonderful to work with. She helped to find the perfect venue and had our vision down. I would definitely give them an A. The only thing that I would change, was that all communications where done through email. I can understand why they go this route. I can only imagine how crazy some brides can be. I would rather have some texting communication once and a while. Other wise I would give them an A+. I would highly recommend this company and Brooke. She's wonderful.

You know when you are planning an event and you have a Vision? Well Ashley Coffin with Gather Leavenworth knows how to take your Vision and make it a reality. She was truly a Gem to work with the last few months while I planned my wedding. She was just a text, email, or phone call away at ALL times. I couldn't believe how helpful she was, especially with local vendors. The Wedding day was truly a fairy tale. My day of Coordinator was such a delight. She was there for me no matter what I needed, she went out of her way for all of my guests and most of all helped me and my husband enjoy our wedding day! This wedding never felt like work to me. Ashley did all the organizing with to Vendors and Timeline details. All I had to do was provide the ideas, which is obviously the easy part! What can I say about Gather Leavenworth......Working with Ashley made our wedding day absolutely seamless. We were able to explain to her our vision, hand over the decorations and supplies, and when we came back to see the space it was every bit the vision we had imagined...and then some.
