Lodge is clean. Staff is very helpful. Our toilet wasn't working and they sent someone immediately to fix it (broken chain so it wouldn't flush) it was fixed when we got back to the room after dinner. Love the view from the little patio out the back glass sliding door. Beautiful sitting in the morning with a cup of coffee

Well, pay $50 for a room, you get a room worth $50.
Paper-thin walls, room was fine otherwise. No staff on-site, only at the Casino. The hot tub was fine, the room was ok. Just the walls SO THIN. Could hear the conversations next time us.
Last time staying here for sure. But like I said, $50. Soooo, on a budget, this works. I just cheated out on my way somewhere else.

We didn’t stay the night at the lodge, we stayed at the casino. We had a meeting there though. The banquet boss (sorry, forgot his name) was great! He was super accommodating and never too far away! I have had meeting in this place maybe 4-6 times, and this was the best!

once we entered room 134 it was horrible, tv did not work at all, bathroom door doesn’t lock and close properly, and the room phone did not work. I understand it is more of an economic option and they allow pets but my dog was going crazy smelling everything (room was very dirty and he smelt the previous animals). we ended up getting a different room upstairs which was way better, tv, phone and bathroom door worked, only thing is that BOTH rooms were VERY dusty. the furniture and room phone were caked with dust as if they have never been dusted. Idk if it’s every room upstairs but they have a door in the middle of the room that leads to the room next door and it’s a one way lock so that was kind of awkward. The beds didn’t have any stains or anything but the pillows were covered in hair (idk if human or animal) but was kind of gross. Next time i HAVE to stay there id pay more to stay in the tower, the lodges are old and kind of just forgotten and the lodges are under the main casino building. it’s not bad if you need to stay for one night and leave, just not really clean. we had to stay there since it was late and we were tired on our way from flag to phx. I recommend staying in the tower or going to a best western a few streets away, our experience was horrible.

The walls are paper thin. It's too noisy to sleep. There is no fridge or microwave. The beds aren't the best. The area around the lodge seems sketchy. The rooms at the casino may be better. The hot tube wasn't warm. The balcony was nice. The cleanliness was okay, and the bathroom was okay. The distance from Sedona is not recommended.

Our room was very nice. King suite with 2 baths, dog proof for our little dog. It was very quiet. There isn’t currently a front desk as they are remodeling so you check in at the Casino Hotel. Large casino and 4 restaurants! There’s a pool & spa. It’s more of a motel so Lodge fits well. It’s not swanky but comfortable. I’d stay here again! Plenty of plugins so not a problem there.

Positive: The security is very good Negative: The room was outdated and smelled like smoke. The furniture was dirty. The people next to me were loud and arguing with each other so I called the front desk and security handled it.
