Debbie and Tim are the perfect hosts. They made us feel quite at home with wonderful touches; lovely desserts, teas and coffees, soft linens and lets not forget the homemade breakfast each day! I had my first taste of Chocolate gravy and need to get the recipe.

Their home is both beautiful and relaxing. And they are both conscientious and were always looking for ways to make our stay more enjoyable. I will definitely be back and I absolutely recommend the Lodge at Elms Springs to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay.

The Lodge at Elm Springs is by far the best bed and breakfast I've ever stayed at! The Lodge is an absolutely gorgeous log cabin that is spacious, homey, bright, and immaculately kept! The room we started in was a nicely sized room with high vaulted ceilings, and a private deck, which was a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee early in the morning. Just outside our room was a nicely appointed coffee bar that we had access to anytime we wanted.

The breakfast were absolutely delicious and the owners Tim and Debbie were fabulous people that we felt very lucky to have met!

I could go on and on with more and more reasons why this place is absolutely fantastic, but just trust me you want to stay here! My wife and I cannot wait to go back.

The Lodge at Elm Springs is a great place to stay! Upon arrival Tim and Debbie make you feel at home! They cook and serve wonderful desserts and breakfasts each day! We were able to reconnect with old friends over the weekend! We talked, laughed, and relaxed at the table, den, and upstairs loft! Our room was very comfortable, lacking for nothing! I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the private balcony! We are so glad we were able to stay at The Lodge at Elm Springs! We will be back!!

What an incredible Lodge! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious while being decorated with a homey feel. There is plenty of space to find somewhere if you want some quiet time or common areas big enough for a group to get together. The food was way more then expected! The breakfasts had plenty of food cooked with love and the afternoon snacks hit the spot. Tim and Debbie are great hosts and make you feel at home. The prices are better than most hotels in the area, stay here, eat great, and be comfy. Can't wait until I can find a reason to go back and stay in this beautiful Lodge, but more importantly would be spending time with Tim and Debbie.

The Lodge at Elm Springs was the perfect location for our busy weekend. We were so close to everywhere we needed to go. Being back at the Lodge provided a comfortable setting to relax and enjoy being together.

For our large family, we rented every room and they were able to accommodate us so well, even my mother that walks with a walker. The fully stocked kitchen downstairs was so handy for the food preparation for the party we hosted at our venue.

Debbie also did a great job recommending and making our dinner reservations for our large party.

Debbie and Tim, thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations and hospitality shown to our family while we were celebrating our daughter’s graduation.

There was a small group of us who met at The Lodge in Elm Springs for a Cousin's Reunion. The Lodge was a perfect place for this. We had a room on the main level, but also the two rooms in the downstairs area, ensuring us a private place to gather and visit. We had such a wonderful welcome from Tim and Debbie, who made us feel so welcomed and at home. They knew the perfect blend of hosting and then retiring to their quarters so that they were not intruding on our visit. We enjoyed the indoors as well as the outdoors. Wonderful meals were prepared and served for our breakfast, and snacks were great too. Great attention to detail!

It is a beautiful home, a serene and lovely setting, and time passed much too quickly for us. We were not quite ready to go when our time was up. It was decided that we should return for another visit in the future.

Quick weekend trip in February to visit my Razorback daughter. Had been wanting to try the Lodge. Everything exceeded our expectations - Tim and Debbie are wonderful hosts and thought of so many little touches to make our stay exceptional. Debbie is an awesome cook and breakfast was to die for! Well-appointed, LARGE rooms, multiple sitting areas to relax and curl up in front of a fireplace with a good book or watch a movie from their large DVD collection. Relaxed atmosphere and an easy, 15- minute straight shot to the University of Arkansas. The Lodge at Elm Springs is a true gem!

The Lodge at Elm Springs was the perfect location for our family getaway. Tranquil location with rolling hills and fields but still within minutes of town. Tim and Debbie provided great meals and a relaxing experience. Modern log home with an expansive great room and multiple levels. Walk-around porch was perfect for afternoon chill time. Opportunities for nature walks (and runs) along with birdwatching and ponds. Home designed around spending time with family and friends. Highly recommended!
