My wife and I took a little weekend getaway here and fell in love with this property. The owner Gwen has done an amazing job of bringing this property back to life! She has big plans for the future, and works hard to make sure you have all you need to unplug and unwind so you can recharge and relax. If you are looking for a spot to getaway for a short weekend or a longer stay this is the place! Give Gwen a call and book your stay today you won’t regret it!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend at the cottage and Ive been back to every event I could make it to since. Sound baths, yoga, peace and serenity galore. I can not recommend Gwen and this beautiful place enough.

Relaxing space for family to enjoy the outdoors and reconnect. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Waking up in the morning to spend the early morning on the deck to listen to the birds chirping was a highlight. Seeing our grandkids enjoying time together and fishing was a beautiful thing. We look forward to next time!

Just enjoyed our girls family weekend getaway at Nate’s cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the Flowers and Breakfast promo that was above and beyond any expectations. Everything in the cabin was updated and clean. We didn’t lack for anything. We joined in with Lexi’s yoga retreat on Saturday morning that was also amazing. We highly recommend this venue , Gwen who is very attentive and all the sweet , affectionate animals on the property. We will be back!

Pure Bliss! Gwen is magic and has taken a historical gem and breathed new life into it. We spent 2 nights in Nate’s cabin and our accommodations were so comfortable. We loved our private fire pit. Jed helped us keep our fire going and was a great photographer for our group. We loved seeing the bald eagle fly by multiple times a day. This property is so lovely I cannot wait to come back to either host a retreat or participate in one. It’s also a great romantic getaway, girls trip, men’s/women’s healing retreat, or wedding venue. The possibilities are endless and I’m so excited we got to participate in this epic monumental autumn bliss yoga retreat thanks to the collaboration of Pur Yoga and Gwen Lodge at Waters Edge

A beautiful and quiet property with a creek view from the cozy and clean cabin named Gwen's Cottage.
I suggest driving the nearby picturesque country roads with the rolling hills and rustic barns that belong on a postcard.

The Lodge at Water’s Edge is an absolute gem. I had my wedding here and it could have not been a more perfect location. The owner, Gwen, is SO wonderful to work with. After the wedding, my husband and I stayed in the cottage and it is the cutest space overlooking the water. If I could give the lodge 100 stars I would! I highly recommend if you are looking for the most gorgeous and tranquil place ♥️

It was difficult to leave the peacefulness and serenity of this lovely cabin and creek. The owner treated us like family and royalty with an astute attention to detail. There was an abundance of special touches in our package to enhance our experience.
