This was a lovely venue. The wedding I attended had the service outside under the pergola and the reception inside but both could probably be inside if needed.

The driveway is narrow only one car width but theoretically there would only be one way traffic unless someone had to run for something last minute. The parking lot is on the smaller side and is gravel.

The pergola area is paved but the guests in chairs are in the grass on either side of the sidewalk. There had been some rain in the days prior to the wedding I attended and the grass does get very muddy. There were several guests including myself that broke heels due to the heel becoming stuck in the mud. If I attend a wedding here in the future, I will likely wear flats that can be wiped down easily.

According to other guests there was a photo booth set up upstairs in the reception building. I am unsure if this is always there or if that was specific for this wedding.

I’m not sure how many people can comfortably be seated in this venue but the wedding I attended had approximately 150 - 175 people and it did seem crowded in the reception building. The food was catered and there was a “kitchen” area off to the side of the reception building so that the food was in a completely separate area.

The Loft at Stone Oak is such a beautiful space! I was blown away by the crisp, white inside as well as the beautiful patio space. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone looking for a stunning spot to tie the knot!

Take your money to a venue with integrity. That is not this one! Un-professional!!!! Shocking!!! We paid for $6000 for 1 daughter’s wedding. Something significant caused it to be rescheduled, then canceled. We had another daughter wanting to use that venue. We attempted to contact them 5 times. We wanted them to transfer the money to the other daughter’s wedding. The one time, my husband got the owner, She claimed we were not entitled to the money because the other wedding got canceled. We have a huge problem with this. We did not sign anything. It was paid for over the phone. We were not told they got to keep our money. We will be filing a lawsuit against them.

I had my wedding here in October. For the amount of money you pay (for almost nothing) you would at least expect good customer service. Nothing about this place was easy and the owners are VERY rude. If you consider booking this venue, make sure you keep a copy of the contract because they will try to throw random fees at you. The contract states you will receive your deposit back after 14 days…. Here we are 5 weeks and MANY unanswered text messages later, we finally get the deposit back. I do not recommend this venue at all. There are SO many better options!

The manager or owner was never here when we needed him. Random doors were locked and a lot of the exterior doors leak.

The curtain in the outdoor area are COVERED in mold!

And for the cost they have a nice looking kitchen, but with no freezer at all!!!

Also they have a full concrete floor yet a zero tolerance policy about flame candles.

This place is a total joke.
