Love this old boarding house located in the heart of Bisbee. Just a cool comfortable place to hang out with great people running the place. From the owners to the caretaker you will always feel a warm welcome. The front patios on the front of the house are great places to hang in the shade during the afternoons. The upstairs rooms are my favorite. Less activity on the old wood floor hallways on the first floors. I like the shared bathroom situation myself. Never had to wait to shower and there are plenty of fresh towels. Beds are comfortable and I always fall fast asleep to the hum of the window AC Unit. Try something different, you won't be disappointed.

I booked room 13 two days ago for my birthday. Hoping for some ghostly experiences. I got what I wished for. At night we went to take a bath. Had a candle and water bottle at the sink and they “flew” into the sink by themselves. Candle never stopped burning. Next morning there was a penny next to the bed on the floor. I saw it but left it and while looking for a shirt in my backpack I hear it rolling across the room by itself and ended up a couple feet across the room. It wasn’t scary but unexplainable. When I came home I researched the hotel and room 13 when I found out about the double murder that happened there in 1932. So if you up for a ghostly adventure, this is the place.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Oliver house! We got so lucky finding a room here. The price was incredible and we had the cutest room. Absolutely love the character this place has to offer and Calen, the caretaker/host, was awesome. We ran into him multiple times during the weekend and got recommendations. Definitely will come back!

Very nice place to stay. Fun to be in the heart i
of Bisbee. Everything was clean. lovely decorations and it was quiet. Sharing a bathroom was no problem at all. and the B+B was totally full. My only problem was parking, but it was Pride weekend.

Recently visited Bisbee and use to stay at the Oliver House. Found out last year it was under new owners. Thank God! When the previous manager/owner was there is was just okay. Now that Kalyn took over it’s amazing. It’s more inviting, CLEAN, the rooms are redone with new bedding, new beds, fans, private restrooms, and Kalyn and his staff are way more respectful and answered all of my questions. Just coming in and talking with him made me extremely happy. Knowing that this historic house was back up and running. I spoke to him and reserved a room for my visit for next year. But will try to do a weekend gateway soon. I’m so happy to say you’ll have a customer from me every single time. I felt like I was home when I walked in.

We made beautiful memories here at The Oliver House. I brought my adult daughters here and when we checked in, we were met by the caretaker and his sweet little old dog. He checked us in and explained how to get breakfast and helped us open the door that joined room 14 and 15. The Oliver House was beautifully decorated and felt warm and inviting. The backyard was peaceful and beautiful. We grilled dinner and played cards against humanity. Later on in the evening, we did some ghost hunting and had a blast! The beds were super comfortable and had just the right number of pillows. In the morning, I sipped coffee on the upper balcony and took in the views and sounds of birds everywhere. I highly recommend visiting here!

The Oliver House is located walking distance from everything, but tucked away enough to feel intimate and relaxed. The views are incredible from the patios! The hotel and the rooms are squeaky clean, and the beds are so comfortable! The rooms are spacious and the simplicity feels elegant. The decor throughout the hotel is really unique, making this hotel different from other Bisbee stays. Also, the most affordable stay in Bisbee for sure!!! The lounge areas are stocked with great amenities and are comfortable spaces to hang around. The caretakers, Kalyn and Randy, are friendly and kind, and helped us out whenever we needed something. We enjoyed sitting and socializing with them for a spell. It really did feel like a home away from home. Just easy going, comfortable, safe, clean, and welcoming. Thanks so much Oliver House! I'll be back!
