I have worked with Recipe of Success on many occasions. Mark and his team are top notch and his attention to details makes projects we have worked on run smoothly. Unlike many consultants that just tell you what to do, Mark is very hands on to the point where I have seen him working the lines during his openings. He becomes personally invested in all his work and wants to make sure everything is flawless. I have seen his work on concept and design, HR, purchasing, training, and menu creation. Mark is an excellent professional. Mark help me open my beautiful restaurant La Perle and Bar in Stamford Ct, he was God-sent. I can't count how many times my staff or I had a question after Mark had his obligation done with our project and we reach out to Mark, He was always available to answer our questions. I called Mark (he was recommended by a colleague of mine) after I had recently expanded my business to multiple stores and double the employees. I had gotten to a point in my business that I knew was out of my league. Mark was a life saver to say the very least. After assessing the business and working with all of us very closely he designed a reform plan from space layout to roles and responsibilities. There were things in the business that I just couldn't see that were hindering my success. He worked with each member of my team and helped us to define our roles and to see where we were over-extending and falling short. Mark assessed every inch of the business from customer relations to to marketing to employees to financials. Mark also comes with a huge amount of resources from service providers to vendors and everything in between. I'm sure its challenging to walk into someone's business and point out all of the red flags, but that's part of the magic that Mark brings, he can show you the red flags while supporting you like good friend.
