I booked a trip with The Travel Authority for the Kentucky Derby with this company, The itinerary/activities they advertised was NOT the itinerary/activities provided. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to request a partial refund, this company offered me a $25 credit toward a future trip with them. I would NEVER recommend this company.
