Had not used them for years, met one of the team members who urged me to use them again. So I tried them, I choice UPS to return a package to Amazon. Big mistake!!! I was shocked and appalled they, UPS, want $3 to print a label. $3 dollars for a label when they are being paid to ship an item.
I returned to my office and cancelled using UPS for the other packages I had with me and switched them back to my previous shipper.
These are the reasons why I Purposely avoid using them, as each encounter they add extra charges.

If I could put 0 stars I would after the nonsense that my partner and I dealt with from the Wallingford UPS store this past week. We had to use UPS to deliver important documents to the Canadian government because we couldn't use the postal service as the Canadian Post is on strike and not moving any mail. We paid $140 to ship about a dozen important documents with two day shipping. It took 8 days to arrive at its destination and we are now fighting for a refund because these were supposed to arrive in a timely manner. Back and forth with UPS in Wallingford, the US, and Canada with no resolve. This is absolutely insane with very inefficient customer service. I am beyond disappointed with this experience and do not plan on using UPS again as a private mail courier service. I suggest you do your research before shipping internationally with this company before they have you losing money and being overtly frustrated with a broken system and uneducated staff. DO BETTER UPS!!!!

12/17/24 update: we were told the manager would call us back and we would be receiving a refund. A week has gone by and crickets. No call, no refund. We are being continually disappointed by this UPS store. 🙁

Jim the store owner gave away my package to someone with fraudulent documents because of their faulty access point system, he will not reimburse me and told me to go ask who ever i ordered the product from. Even though i sat in their security office with the police and watched him hand my package away to the thieves on their cameras after letting one of them walk into their backroom to use the bathroom. Keep this in mind when shipping here. I received no calls to confirm a pick up by another party, the thieves had a notarized letter prepared with a full tracking number somehow. It still should not have been released and I hope this policy changes. Newegg and Walmart completed the shipping process correctly, UPS Store dropped the ball, so why am I being told to contact Newegg and Walmart?

I purchase a lot of items via a shipping company and I want to comment on this UPS Wallingford store. From the moment of contact with a very professional young lady who gave me all the information I needed, explained the choices, time frames and costs without fail. Polite, courteous and professional describes her to a T. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. My package arrived early and the packaging and securing of my items was impeccable. These items were collectables and the time and energy spent on securing my items was impressive. Thank you young lady and UPS Wallingford. Blessings to all. Hope to do buisness with you again. There's never a time that the Wallingford UPS store does not come through for me! No matter if I need professional copies, brochures, prints or anything shipped, they are truly the best! The order brochure attached was a last minute, i need it now please for my meeting at noon. Within a half hour of emailing the info, it was ready for pickup!! Customer service at it's best!!!
