We just returned from our trip to Disney and Universal and couldn’t have done it without Laura Matthews! She was so responsive to our (many) questions and helped us to plan out an amazing trip. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay, and not feel like we missed out on anything (so easy to do when there are so many different options!). Laura was even able to arrange a dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table-it was the highlight of our trip, and a wonderful way to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday.

Marian Ernest is a fabulous planner and helped our anniversary trip to Universal Studios happen seamlessly. I had been looking for an agent who could specifically help with military packages and she quickly got us quotes and made all the bookings we needed, including at restaurants we wanted to go to. Leading up to the trip I really appreciated all the preparation guides, and the curated itinerary she sent over prior to the trip so I was not digging around for reservation confirmations. We are looking forward to working with Marian/The Vacationeer again very soon as I have already asked her to help plan our Disney Cruise!

Brittany Maurer is the Disney Queen! We couldn't have asked for a better Disney trip! We started this dream in the year 2022 with planning, preparation and research for this ultimate all-out 2024 Disney vacation with a 10 day park pass and 14 night stay at the Pop Century and we couldn't have done it without Brittany!
Everything she has done and suggested was spot on. There was nothing she could have done differently to make this vacation any more magical.
The number one concern we had when planning this ultimate Disney vacation was how were we to book 12 sit down dinning reservations for a group of 8. We had the FREE dinning plan so picking the best restaurants was the easy part. Now ensuring we get them all at a decent time knowing tens of thousands of others will be queuing in at the same time booking the same spots was a different story. We brought this to her attention, offering our help to strategize a plan to tackle this concern together.
Brittany's response: "I have the tricks to get it done"
Brittany, you did not disappoint! We got every restaurant booked at prime times (5pm-6pm) and big names like Be our Guest, Cinderella's Royal Table and Ohana's to name a few. One of our catch phrases during our trip was, "Brittany did it again!"
We could go on and on with the many items and Q&A she has helped us with but I think this message is already long enough ? to show our appreciation.

Stephanie Martin was a dream to work with from start to finish. My daughter chose Disney as her 16th birthday trip so it was an extra special get-away for us. Stephanie organized everything for me, made sure to check in as reservation times were opening to see what we might want to add/schedule, and answered my questions leading up to and during our vacation. I have MS and was nervous about navigating the parks in the summer but she explained how Disney and Universal accommodate health concerns and the information she shared with me eased my mind tremendously. She always seemed sincerely happy to help. Can’t say enough good things about how fabulous she was and, as a result, how smooth and memorable she made our vacation. Thank you, Stephanie!

I cannot brag enough about how helpful Whitney Daniels was with vacation planning!
After having to reschedule our Disney cruise a couple times I wanted to make sure when we finally went it was perfect so I decided to use a travel agent for the first time!
