We knew walking out of the tour of The Waterhouse that we wanted to have our wedding there. The place is just gorgeous inside. The staff and owner, Andrew, are super amazing and accommodating. Melissa was always available for any sort of wedding related questions. They organized all of our vendors setting up, and gave us plenty of time to decorate. The days of the rehearsal and wedding Nyk was also an amazing coordinator. He let us in early to take first look photos, kept us on schedule and checked on us all night long to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were happy. And the food was literally AMAZING. We had the chance to do a tasting, which was really nice, and the food the night of the wedding was perfect and we had MANY guests comment on how much they loved it! I would 100% recommend The Waterhouse to anyone. We did both the ceremony and reception there and it was a perfect way to do it!

Went to a wedding here and it was amazing. Great ambiance, big rooms that still felt intimate. Beautiful distillery room which is what the picture shows.

We were actually at the Broadway lounge. Dueling pianos. Very entertaining. The buffet style dinner was awesome. Our waitress was great.
I heard this place is officially closing around the end of August. Sad to hear that. Another black eye for peoria downtown dinning and entertainment.

The Waterhouse was the perfect venue for my daughter Kate’s wedding. The ceremony was recently held in the Distillery Room with its beautiful exposed brick walls. We then moved to the Ballroom for the reception. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful the whole day was. The staff is totally professional while still making our experience fun and stress free! I heartily recommend this venue!

Can’t say enough good things about The Waterhouse! My husband and I just had our wedding ceremony and reception here and everything was perfect. We worked with Nyk, Ana, and Theresa and all three were so helpful, professional, and just a pleasure to work with. They ensured everything ran smoothly and that every detail was discussed before the event, which really puts your mind at ease! The food was wonderful and the service staff were super friendly. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a venue for your next event!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Carrie and Nyk were so attentive at our daughter's wedding reception which was held in the Ballroom. They took great care to make sure that everything went without a hitch. We had a lot of lanterns with led candles and fairy lights in our decor and they made sure everything was lit before we arrived. The food was simply SUPERB and we had so many compliments from our guests as they told us they never ate so well at a wedding before. I would highly recommend The Waterhouse to everyone!
