I had an excellent stay at the Tideline! They were so wonderful to accommodate my same day reservation after another local hotel cancelled and left my family scrambling for somewhere to stay. They immediately helped us feel at home. The staff is phenomenal. The restaurant is as good as dining in NYC, and after dinner we enjoyed drinks outside in the cabanas before walking out onto the beach! The hotel is a little oasis! The rooms were large and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

If you’re looking for a pet-friendly hotel, this is the place! It felt like every guest either had a dog or absolutely loved them. We brought our corgi, Daisy, and she was showered with attention the entire stay—we couldn’t be happier!

The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the TV connectivity to stream from your own device works perfectly. While there isn’t a ton to do in the immediate area, the beach was more than enough for us—peaceful and beautiful.

The hotel has everything you need—a great bar, delicious food, and a solid breakfast selection. The service was also top-notch. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly getaway! 🐶🏖️

I gave an average three stars. The rooms were nicely appointed How and the service at the restaurant and the night desk was great. But there is room for improvement.

Pros
The restaurant staff and bar staff were very accommodating. The rooms were nicely appointed and spacious.
The dinner staff at Brandon‘s restaurant was exceptional. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the omelette station at breakfast. And the eggs Benedict on the à la carte menu.

Cons
During the day, they seemed to be short staffed. There were no attendants at the pool or on the beach. We had to go back-and-forth to get our drinks, which was a major inconvenience to not have service. The desk staff was overwhelmed. My key card didn’t work. I stood there for a few minutes and no one even acknowledge me. And although this room was service daily. There was dust everywhere on the balcony and around the bed. Not their fault, but if you have a balcony room facing the apartments, it’s most likely going to fill the room with smoke. Because the apartment building tenants tend to smoke outside.
Very limited dinner menu. And the breakfast buffet was not worth $120 for a couple. The pancakes were cold and very limited options. The menu you can consist of omelette station, smoked salmon station, pancakes, sausage, fruit, and then your variety of grains.

This boutique hotel is where you find peace.

Michelle at the front desk is amazing.

Mario and Frank at Brandens restaurant along with Marco and the rest of the Gang are outstanding. The atmosphere can only be described as PEACEFUL. Although they are short staffed they cater to the guest needs in a way that invokes the emotion HAPPY. This is where peace is found, cuddled right beside the 4 seasons , right on the Atlantic Ocean.

Lovely is the emotion invoked when staying here.

The only thing missing is more lovely people from New Zealand to keep the joy alive and well here. (H2B)

I think this is the first time I've given a bad review. But I really don't want it to happen to others.

I spent a whole weekend at the Tideline, which I thought was fantastic for its location and setting, but the service was a total disappointment.

It comes with a 20% discount on the bill and that's not the worst part.

They were understaffed, and the scant staff available is untrained.

I experienced poor service every day (a couple of them quite annoying), which I initially decided to ignore in order to enjoy my supposedly relaxing days at the beach.

When I checked out, I was told I didn't need to sign anything, that I would get an email with my final invoice.

Then.. I got the invoice, and I saw a big transaction that wasn't mine!! I called the hotel a couple of times to ask and clarify and explain that I was being charged erroneously, and they just started passing the call back and forth between the restaurant and the front desk. They didn't addressed or solve my problem.

I found the treatment quite unpleasant and disappointing.

They promised to send a response by email, but they never did.

I honestly think the staff at this hotel has zero idea about providing service. A service that, besides not being cheap, comes with a 20% discount included.

I have stayed at Tideline over the years and love the location. I love the big pool and ample lounge space . You can’t beat the oceanfront and proximity to Palm beach and airport. This time, however, I was wowed by the customer service from so many of the staff. Shout out to Edwin at front desk, Cassandra the GM and Gavin on pool service. So many friendly and helpful staff. The room renovations since my last visit were top notch! This hotel is such a gem. I selfishly don’t want it to get too popular!

The location could not be better . Right on the beach. Great gym and views from balcony.
The service could be elevated to make guests feel more special.
Room was not ready as we arrived early. Person at front desk was supposed to call my number to let me know.
Hours later I checked, and it was ready. She had left and did not pass that on after confirming my name and number 3 times.
A greeting at entry would also be a nice touch. We get a bottle of wine as a gift. Hotel was recently redone. Not over the top but very nice.
Pool is not beach front, although nice, It is between the main road and the hotel.

The best part about the Tideline is the beach and location. The staff while friendly are not attentive and do not provide service associated with a 4 star resort. I would say it’s a 3 star resort. I had issues with the room type and rate I reserved which took two days of discussions to finally have a resolution.
