Sue Shadlow-owner of Tie 1 On NWA- was a dream to work with over the last few months! Her customer service was top notch and just what we needed in preparation for my daughters big day. After placing my beverage order, she picked up the products and made sure that they were chilled and prepped prior to the wedding. This is a wonderful team of bartenders. I contacted them a month before the wedding with desperation after the role was made vacant and they picked up the signature drinks with no problem. Helped me calculate what I needed for volume and recommended a great store to work with. They even were willing to serve out food and go above and beyond to make my wedding special. They were so nice and all the guests commented how wonderful they were.

Tie 1 On is amazing! We worked with Sue for our wedding needs and she was able to cut down our worries and concerns instantly! We had reached out to other bar tenders in the area and were met with inconsistency and difficulty, leading us to believe we would never find what we needed; we were so wrong.
Sue and her team were easy to communicate with, wonderful to work with, and amazing on the day of! Other vendors enjoyed working with the team and our family and friends enjoyed the fantastic cocktails and service we all received.
