The owner David is a mental. He harassed us, cut our electric off during the heat of summer. When I confronted him, he told me to have fun sweating. The cops are here daily, he has pulled guns on the police a few times. Stay away. There are several options for campground in Hot springs. David is a real weirdo.

I lived at Timbercrest for almost 3 years. Nice place, generally quiet and peaceful. Nice laundromat and game room with vending machine. David is extremely nice and cooks some fine meals from time to time with what he catches for folks. Everyone there is nice and you can't beat the price and location

"Old school cool" is the best way to describe this park. The owner David was as nice and helpful as could be during our stay. We were able to roll up with no reservations and stay for as long as we liked, pay when you leave. It was so laid back and low stress we stayed for almost a whole week instead of one night. Best pricing I've found in the area and walking distance to Walmart. You don't find too many places like this anymore, hidden gem. We will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend this park to anyone! The rates are reasonable and the owner David is very friendly and will go above and beyond to accommodate his guests! The location is perfect as well. Everything you need is near by or within a short driving/walking distance. There is a rec room with a really nice pool table, darts, corn hole and much more! The laundry is conveniently located right off of the rec room. The tenants here are really friendly too! Thank you, David, for everything!

David (the owner) is very friendly!!! Clean laundry room and rec room with air conditioning. Very quiet park with a lot of permanent residents. Good part of town with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Price was very reasonable for full hookups. Very quiet!!!

I have a 42 ft Toy Hauler. David said no problem. No way my rig would fit in the spot he provided. He apologized, was nice, but I wouldn’t advise this location for newer and bigger rigs. Luckily Cloud RV had one spot left. So much nicer then Timbercrest.

10 STARS!! I came here about 2 months go and stayed a week, then went to Broken Bow, OK, then realised that I liked Hot Springs better and the price here in Hot Springs is $25 Night / $150 Week or $475 Month which is amazing compared to other places i have stayed.. so I came back and been here for a Month now! David the owner is amazing and very FRIENDLY and keeps his WORD! Awesome Pool Table, even free stuff available in the lounge, very clean laundry facilities, games and snack machine and drinks! The list goes on and on... Awesome location, friendly neighbors, I see that others say its packed out here (Not compared to others I have stayed) 20 AMP / 30 AMP / 50 AMP, with full hookups and they most lots are paved, just an ALL AROUND AWESOME PLACE SO GREAT THAT I DON'T KNOW WHEN OR IF I AM LEAVING HERE!! He will even let you borrow his pressure washer to clean your motorhome or anything else! They even bring it to you!!

It was hot and humid. Over all it was a great place to stay. There were trees so it was seanic and clean. Extremely well priced. However, non of that compares to the owner Dave. He's the nices getalmen. We had an issue with our truck. Both on property and off. Both times he help up. It was an awesome stay!
