I came in this week to purchase an iphone. After sitting and waiting 10 minutes to be helped i finally get someone. I start talking to him about the i phone 16 i wanted to purchase. A guy walks in and asks him for a charger. The guy stops dealing with me & proceeds to sell him a charger. I walked right out and purchased the phone somewhere else. That manager needs a training in sales because they lost one to competition.

This Associate is very professional and helpful. I’m 81 yr old lady with a cane and a body cast— this nice lady came straight over to me, and helped with queries I had re a bill.
She instantly came over to help me-such excellent Customer Service..!!! Thanks she is here at your store.!!

These guys are discriminatory and the way that they treat customers. My husband just went in there wanting to upgrade his phone and the guy working there looked at him and said we don’t have any phones for you. You’re better off going to Bridgeport to the main store and because you have a cheap plan, I can’t upgrade you without adding an additional $30 to your bill every month. I will definitely be calling corporate on this location because I just called the store myself and asked do they have any iPhone 14 or 15 in stock and without hesitation the girl who answered the phone said yes, we do then when I confronted her on what just happened with my husband who was in the store all of a sudden her story changed . These people are discriminatory because they work off of commission don’t give them any of your money. !!!!!!!
