I give “TOP TIER” 5 STARS ⭐️!!!

I attended a birthday event here last week and as soon as I walked through the door it was breathtaking! From the Ambience, the decor, the outstanding customer service and the event space itself! Kay and Shawnea did an amazing job with the set up and was very detailed.

They really live up to their name because everything about this space was TOP TIER! If your in Pittsburgh and looking for a event space, whether it’s for your birthday, graduation , baby shower.. BOOK TOP TIER FOR YOUR EVENT! You will not be disappointed.

Top Tier is TOP NOTCH!!!!! I had the absolute BEST BIRTHDAY party at the new West Mifflin location. Kay and Nay helped me plan and create a party that will NEVER be topped!!!!! They were so accommodating and genuinely supportive and excited to help me make my day beyond SPECIAL;) Everything I could have wanted or needed was made available to me. These ladies know how to make you feel like you are their only customer and that your event is the MAIN EVENT!! I can not praise them enough. The venue is PERFECT for anyone who wants to truly have an amazing gathering of any type. You will not find a better place than Top Tier!!

Used this venue for a birthday party. The rental hall is very spacious and clean. The establishment was very accommodating to our request. Beautifully set up and decorated for the event. Everyone enjoyed the food and experience. Highly recommend this venue for any event!

This place is amazing very clean
Nice decor
Food space
Dj space
Dance floor
Table/ chairs
And the price is reasonable
And they even mention they will have a back venue available next summer for outdoor events
And to make it better they have person who can do posters banners as well got mines done within two days
But Wait if your looking for your ramp certificate or your serve safe management certificate they do that as well book up thank you for your great hospitality
