#1 - super professional, has a legit website, payment system, business cards, fast and responsive, the whole works
#2 - Accomodating and willing to work with our budget, needs, and event
#3 - Deeeelicious food. He definitely delivered, it was a lovely experience. He was friendly and answered my guest's questions about the meats and cheese, why he was doing xyz etc.

We booked Top Water Cooking for a bachelorette party this past weekend. Kevin was great from start to finish. We had gluten free and dairy free dietary restrictions and he was great with helping us create a menu that incorporated the bride’s favorite foods but would still work with these restrictions. Everything was absolutely amazing. The pacing of the meal was perfect and the portions were huge! I highly recommend Top Water Cooking!

Let me start by saying that Kevin is FREAKING AWESOME!!!! I worked with Kevin for over a month to plan a special 30th birthday dinner for my girlfriend that turned out even better than I could have ever imagined. I will be honest and say that I made several changes along the way and not once did Kevin get frustrated. Another thing I genuinely appreciate was the fact that he never said no or I can't without offering an alternative. All of the food was purchased fresh and prepared in our home. He cleaned up everything to the point that you have never known he was here. At the last minute I told Kevin that I also wanted to propose to my now Fiance' during this special dinner and he was elated and did everything he could to make it as special as possible. The whole family raved about Kevin and the food he prepared. We will definitely be using him again and we recommend that everyone try his services at least once (although once you do, I am sure that you will be calling him again). His level of professionalism is unmatched and extremely appreciated. I could go on for days about how much I really enjoyed Kevin and what he did for my family and I. He shared some of his cooking secrets with us which we all really appreciated. He is down to earth and a ball of great energy.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Chef Kevin from Topwater Cooking for our bachelor party hunting trip, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we booked him, Kevin was a consummate professional, ensuring that every detail was taken care of for our group's weekend.

The culinary experience he provided was nothing short of exceptional. We started the evening with a delightful appetizer of smoked salmon served with a creamy dill sauce. It was incredibly fresh and flavored beautifully, setting the perfect tone for the feast ahead.

The main event was a mouth-watering ribeye steak, cooked to perfection. Each steak was tender, juicy, and seasoned just right — exactly how we had requested. The sides were equally impressive; the Au gratin potatoes were rich, creamy, and indulgent, while the broccoli added a refreshing touch. It was clear that Kevin put as much thought and care into the sides as he did the main course.

Not only was the food fabulous, but Chef Kevin’s demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. He was friendly, approachable, and even shared tips about the dishes he was preparing, which made us feel more engaged in the cooking process. We used Kevin (and he came with Deidre to assist) for a Bachelorette Party in the Pocono's. We had 13 girls to plan for, and Kevin was super helpful, understanding, and flexible throughout the entire process. One girl dropped out last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, and it was not an issue for him. We also had a change in venue as our original Airbnb got canceled.. it was super stressful for us finding a new one but Kevin just said to let him know and he'd make it work wherever we ended up. He helped us plan the perfect menu and the food was literally amazing! Every single girl at the party raved about it, everyone was satisfied and nobody had a single negative thing to say (can't say I've ever party planned for 13 girls and had that happen!). Kevin and Deidre were also super professional, cleaned up every last dish, and also fun to have around! I attached some photos of our yummy food.. I would use Kevin again in a heartbeat for a party if I lived closer! If I'm ever back in the area, I will. I highly recommend his services - you won't be disappointed.

My experience with Chef Kevin was overall amazing! I booked Kevin for a bachelorette party with 23 people and we had the most incredible meal! The booking process was so straight forward, as Kevin is very easy-going, personable and truly cares about making your meal exactly how you want it to be. He was ready to take on a large group, as well. The menu options were fantastic and everything was very fresh. Our group had some dietary restrictions due to allergies and Kevin was beyond accommodating. Our 3 course meal was delicious! Kevin and his assistant were efficient and professional. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! You will most certainly not regret hiring Kevin for a special meal!

AMAZING. Absolutely worth the price. His food is so wholesome and delicious, all clean ingredients. Everything tasted better than restaurant quality. He arrived on time and cleaned up the entire kitchen after himself. 11/10. We had him come out and cater my bachelorette weekend in the Poconos, a party of 8. He catered to our friend that had a gluten allergy as well as my sister who is a vegetarian.
