I needed a room to break up a long drive and this hotel was wonderful! I was greeted by Nathan at the front desk who was very friendly. All the staff have been wonderful. The room is spacious, very clean, and quiet. The breakfast was included and had many options. The quiche was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here.

There are a handful of other hotels nearby in Williamsport to choose from but I will always come back to this Towneplace. Free convenient parking is in a garage across the street. There is a very nice grocery store within walking distance and the rooms all have a small stocked kitchen. The staff is, without exception, very nice and helpful. Marylou is world class at running breakfast and can't do enough to make you happy. Matt is great at the overnight desk and Julia is so pleasant to come back to at the evening desk. The hotel overall is looking a bit worn and could use a good maintenance staff, but the beds are super comfy and the linen is divine.

We love the Towneplace Suites and this is one of the best we've stayed at. We used Williamsport as a stopover on a longer drive and the Towneplace Suites was a perfect place to stay. The facilities are great, there is a great pool and hot tub, the breakfast is extensive and fresh and healthy and tasty, the people are very welcoming and thoughtful, and the room was spacious and clean. We called ahead to have a pack-n-play put in our room and it was set up with a baby blanket when we arrived. Each employee was friendly and kind. Very family friendly. Great location just off the expressway, easy free parking.

The customer service at this hotel was top-notch. The front desk staff was very attentive and accommodating when I needed to arrive much earlier than check-in and leave an hour later than checkout. The room was clean and quiet.

Hotel was nice and clean. The entire staff was incredibly nice, but I really want to give a special thank you to Shirley (Although I’m not 100% confident that was her name I apologize). She was hands-down the most kind, helpful, professional and polite person I have EVER had check me into a hotel. I would 100% go back to this simply due to the kindness of the entire staff.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Since it was just me staying there for one night, the size of the room is no problem, but I would say that in general the size of the room was small compared to other “newly renovated single king” sized rooms I’ve stayed at before. For a single person or even an adult couple staying for a night or two the size of the room would be fine. I only mentioned this because it would’ve been a very tight situation if I would’ve had my 2 younger children with me.
And bonus - they have free breakfast so you can’t go wrong there! Oh and while, I did not use the pool, jacuzzi, or fitness center I did notice that their pool and hot tub area was open fairly late - so also a plus for people coming here with kids.

Overall, definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again if I ever have to travel through Williamsport. Thank you!!!!

I want to thank Shirley at the front desk for being so kind! My child wanted to open a toy but needed a screwdriver, and Shirley kindly helped us with it. She was so helpful and caring, and it really made a difference for our family. From the moment we arrived and she opened the door, she treated us with such warmth, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We were traveling from Hershey to Niagara and stayed here along the way, but after meeting Shirley, I would definitely consider coming back just to experience her wonderful service again.

The receptionist at check in was extremely helpful and very pleasant|The room is great the full kitchen was a pleasant surprise |Had a little hiccup, which was attended to quickly and to my satisfaction. |I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter came into town to visit and wanted to have the family come visit her and the staff right away told her no parties and no large group of people in her room lol!! How do you tell someone they can not have company in a room they are paying for Not to mention asking her family where are they from and what are you here for smh!!! Wanting to see your family after not seeing them for a while I think is okay, long as they are well behaved.
The bed had hair on the comforter, kitchen is outdated and the bathroom had no tub.
My daughter was very disappointed in the customer service and the room. She will never stay there again. Oh did I mention she’s African American so maybe that’s why her experience was a complete disaster.
