Lived here 4-5 months. Had a tad more room than other parks I’ve lived at. 4 stars for service because of the laundromat hours, aren’t ideal for me. Kinda far from the big box stores, but there are services for some things a few miles away. Overall, for the money, I’m not complaining and would recommend to review readers.

Nice park. Friendly staff and good facilities. Even a Cantina on property. The sunset view is excellent. It is exposed to the wind, which is everywhere in Kingman. No shade trees mature yet. Only knock is like many regular parks, it sits on the major thourofare from Kingman to Laughlin so road noise is evident. I would stay there again.

We couldn't travel for over a year, but we're back on the road again as full-time RV travelers starting our 5th year. Our first new stop was Tradewinds RV Park in Golden Valley, AZ (near Kingman). It's a Passbook America park, so we received a great rate for 3 days. We had to stay 2 additional days, because of weather, and the rates are quite reasonable and we got 10% off those two days also. This is a very well maintained park, run very well by friendly park managers. Park is primarily occupied by full-time residents, but there's a good supply of temporary sites. Gravel sites are level, and the utilities are very well maintained. The laundry room is amazing. It's one of the best we've ever seen in RV parks. It's has lots of machines and it's very clean. The recreation room is big, clean and equipped with a pool table, shuffle board table, big screen TV, lots of seating, tables, mini kitchen, books and movies. There's a small exercise room attached to the rec room. Don't expect large bathrooms and multiple showers here, but they're clean. Recommend reservations because of limited temporary sites, but this is an excellent place to stop.

Nice, clean RV park. Sondra was very nice. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through. We have a 40’ diesel pusher towing a pick up. It was no problem maneuvering into our spot. 50 amp power was good. Nice gravel spaces. Be aware that there are goat head stickers all around there so protect your dog’s feet.

This is a great RV Park. Very clean & neat. The manager & employees are all very pleasant & respectful of all the campers in the park. This is a pretty busy place, so definitely call ahead. We will definitely stay here again when we're in this area.

DUST BOWL. HIGH CRIME. DRUGGIES. CREEPY.||We have had a lot of stealing, burglaries here!! Creepy people creeping around late at night. Muddy. Floods terribly. Stores 30 minutes away. Roads rocky and flood easily. Stickers. Snakes. Tons of rats.||I recommend Kingman. ||Just being honest here.

We discovered this place around 10 years ago, while looking for a snowbird spot for winter. We've been back every year since. The rates are reasonable, the park is kept in great shape, and Saundra (and staff) go out of there way to be helpful/courteous to visitors. (But: Keep it under 5mph, & pick up dog poop, or you get to meet the "other" Saundra.) The rec room has plenty of things to do, there are regular events planned, snacks in the office, DVD's, ATV wash station, clean laundry room/showers, and having a Mexican Diner next door doesn't hurt! Cell service is hit-miss depending on carrier, but the park does have WiFi.
