Julie helped us book our first trip out of the country in 13 years to Costa Rica (we have never been there and this was a once in a lifetime trip for us).

Julie gave us flexibility to book one location/ hotel (whom they agency didn’t partner with) on our own but also booked two amazing her very different hotels for us. We had amazing free room upgrades at both of these places and were amazed at these locations she was connected with! During this trip we also utilized private transfers to all 3 of our hotels, the airport and our excursions. The transfers were completely flawless and stress free with the kindest drivers we have ever had. We did multiple guided hikes, night hikes, zip lining and hanging bridges tours (all booked through Julie) and were thrilled with every single tour and knowledgable guides who could have worked for NAT Geo (experts in their field!) .

Julie also helped us save money on flights with some creative booking strategies for us and our kids.

Besides a hiccup with United on our flight home (typical of United ) our trip was absolutely flawless and stress free. We would utilize this travel agency again and again for future stress free traveling
