Shaina was great to work with when planning my honeymoon! Helpful and courteous during every step. She saved the day for me when I had a question during my stay, she was able to help me off business hours and on the weeekend to get the issued resolved. I’ll definitely be using travel haus when I travel again.

We recently returned from a fantastic AmaWaterways River cruise on the Rhine and Moselle rivers. Suzi was so very helpful in responding to our many questions, in a very timely manner. We appreciated her comments and opinions on the many choices which we had to make. And, we have nothing but praise for AmaWaterways including their amazing staff, cruise manager, entertainment and many inclusive excursions that were included. We highly recommend and plan to cruise again with AmaWaterways!

We contacted Travel Haus about a vacation we wished to take to Costa Rica and we were gifted in working with Karen. There were 9 of us going on the trip, 5 of which were kids ranging in ages from 5-15. We could not have asked for a better vacation! Everything was planned out for us from transportation to flights to the resort. It all worked out as planned with no snags along the way! Karen was detail-oriented, communicated in advance about everything so that we were aware of everything. We are looking forward to working with Karen in the future to help us plan another get away!

We recently took a trip to France with Viking. It was a wonderful trip that was coordinated by Karen and the staff at Travel Haus. Karen knew we were concerned about the part of the trip that involved the high-speed train. She got all our questions answered before we left, and everything went beautifully.

First trip to Jamaica and it was a great! Resort took great care of us starting with the door to door shuttle from airport lounge to resort lobby. Room was clean and quiet. Food was well prepared and service was excellent. beach was always clean with plenty of shade for those who need it. Towels were always available.
