Very bad the trip was awful the hotel was in a poor neighborhood. Airport was so far away. It was so awful I cried and was calling the company for my money back the very same day in when on the trip. This company should be shut down. I contact the CEO of the company I have not heard from them yet . Please do not booked anything with this company. My trip was October 14 2024

I booked my girls 1 week trip through AAA they used Travel Impressions. I also had the travel insurance and had to cancel. My mom was diagnosed with end stage pancreatic cancer, was placed in hospice and died in 1 week. No credit or reimbursement for my very expensive vacation. Oh yes I'll get $413 credit from the airline ticket but it can't be used for another ticket. Absolutely horrible. My mother died. It's not like I 'm making it up. I sent a letter from hospice AND the obituary. Disgracefull!Disgraceful!! NEVER AGAIN!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Will never use them again. We didn’t have a ride once we got off the plane at the DR Aiprort. I upgraded to the Diamond Club to have access to a private pool. When we got there the pool was closed the first half of our vacation. The Resort says they contacted the travel agency of the pool issue which I was never informed. I tried discussing this situation with them and got the run around. Very poor customer service!!!

Highly unimpressed with this agency, the service and the "deals". I realized to late I could have done this all quite a bit cheaper on my own. My flight went fine and hotel check in was no issue. However, my ground transport was cancelled for my trip home because I had to take an earlier flight for arrival and they flagged me as a no show for departure. That would be fine except they refused to reimburse me the money for services not received. This doesn't include the room fiasco my best friend encountered through the agency which I will not get in to.

I'm disgusted by the money grubbing antics of this company. Highly do not recommend using their services. Either find a different agency or do it yourself it isn't that hard.

We had a vacation to the Atlantis, Bahamas for 11 family members, leaving on March 28, 2020. needless to say all had to be cancelled because of Covid 19. Because we booked through this travel company they refused to give a full refund. And charged us $250.00 per person for cancelling our trip. Even though the island was closed and flights weren't traveling out of the country. But if we booked directly with Atlantis, they would give a full refund. I think Travel Impressions is a scam company... It's just not right to change us, when it was on fault of ours that the trip had to be cancelled..

Travel Impressions is horrible!! DON'T USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR FLIGHT CHECK IN TO GO SMOOTHLY. They have absolutely no regard to doing simple things properly. They messed up ALL three names on our tickets for an international flight. How does that happen EVERYONE knows the names must match the passport perfectly or you get screwed checking in. GUESS WHAT we got totally screwed in both directions of our trip. I spelled it out clearly for them. It was perfect in my email to them. It is not hard to put a first name in the First Name box, middle name in the Middle Name box, and the last name in the Last Name box. They owe me an hour of my time for having to wait in line to speak to an agent to check in and get our boarding passes instead of just being able to push a button on the app for our airline. Not the way to start or end a vacation!! Will not use them again. Just not worth the aggravation. There are plenty of other travel agencies to work with that can get the simple SIMPLE thing like getting the names correct for the airline tickets.

I had my first experience with Travel Impressions at the beginning of July 2019. I had booked a trip to Punta Cana through AAA months prior to our vacation in July. When all the news started coming out about the deaths in Punta Cana we decided to change our trip to Mexico 3 weeks before. Our cheapest option was to use Travel Impressions as a 2nd party and let them pick our resort through the “Impress Me” Deal. I was really nervous about not knowing where we were going because I’m very picky. A few days before our trip we found out which resort we were going to. I was very upset reading the reviews of this resort and AAA even said they had never sent anyone there before. It was supposed to be a 5 star resort but the reviews said otherwise. I decided to just wait and see for myself.

When we got to Mexico we had trouble with our transportation reservations which took an extra 30 minutes of waiting around. After finally getting to the resort in the evening after a long day of traveling and not eating anything except a bagel for breakfast, we really just wanted to get checked in and hit the buffet. Well, We soon found out that Travel Impressions never actually made the reservations at the resort!!! We stood at the front desk for more than an hour (tired, hot, and very hungry) trying to call Travel Impressions. They had us on hold for 20 min before the resort told us to hang up because we were costing them $ for international calling. Luckily, our AAA agent had gotten our email and stayed after hours also calling Travel Impressions only to wait on hold.

We ended up paying for our own rooms for the night. Thank god they had space available! We didn’t have everything confirmed until noon the next day. We spent most of the night and the next morning wondering whether we were staying at the hotel or not and so we lost out on time to make dinner reservations, plan excursions, etc. The resort was nice but the beach was disgusting. Everyone hung around by the pool because you couldn’t even dip your toes in the water. It was so full of seaweed. The one thing I really wanted on my vacation was beautiful water and a nice beach. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and I regret changing my trip to Mexico altogether.

Do not use this compamy to book a vacation. Still waiting on a refund that was sent to Travel Impressions from the Airlines. They will keep your money unles you file a complaint. Check the reviews and the BBB.
