Recently returned from a 7 day Hawaiian vacation and Paula was our travel agent. First, I will say the package she put together was great! The view from our room and the direct flight were greatly appreciated. However, the level of service we received was subpar. Paula did not verse us on what to expect from the Island as this was our first time visiting. We were not informed about the reservations needed prior to arriving, which left us with very few (fine) dining options while at the resort and NO excursions. We had no idea about "Island hopping" or the excursions that we could have signed up for before arriving (tourist attractions, hiking, dinner cruises, etc.) Had we been educated on these things, we could/would have planned better and had a more enjoyable experience. This is the 3rd trip my mother and I have booked through this agency and it will be our last.
A word of advice: provide your clients with ALL necessary information when presenting a vacation package and don't simply assume the client is well versed.
For such a long journey and to be on such a magical island, we spent most of our trip on the resort grounds and left with eating mediocre food. By day 4 we were ready to return home. For $7K we definitely expected a lot more.

We contacted Paula Publicover to book a trip to Mexico last month. She was very easy to work with. She got us a very good price. Her service is exceptional. Paul’s sense of humor is a bonus!

Paula helped us with our trip to the Dominican Republic for a destination wedding. The resort and accommodations were beautiful. Paula our agent was so helpful despite the fact that we had to make changes three times due to family issues. Paula thought of everything and everything went smoothly flights the transfers our stay at the Hard Rock was all perfect.

Lynn was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. I had to change my flight at the last minute and she was fabulous and got back to me right away with my options. There was also some confusion with my room when we got to the resort. She handled that right away as well. I would definitely recommend Traveloni !
