Good quick service setting up the policy, which was comprehensive and appropriate to my and my wife's needs. Then we had to cancel due to a medical condition, and Travelsafe canceled the policy and returned the premium immediately with no fuss, not even a phone call needed! Excellent service.

Great customer service! I sent a message on their website asking if the dates of our coverage could be changed. Received an email back within hours confirming the change and a link to updated documents.

I had used another travel insurance company for years, but had become dissatisfied when I emailed once during a trip and they replied a week later, when the trip was over. Another email I sent was replied to days later without answering the question.

I’ve never had a claim, or needed help during a trip. If their customer service before a trip is an indicator of their help during a trip, and with claims service then TravelSafe is a great company for Travel Insurance.

We had to change our travel plans due to unrest in the Middle East. We chose a different cruise with different dates and itineraries. I contacted Travel Safe via email and within 2 hours the insurance coverage was changed. I hope I never have to make a claim, but feel confident that if I do, it will be handled quickly and efficiently.

Travel safe is there to readily take your money. When it is time to pay back the benefits - they will deny. My friends and I were traveling together and unfortunately stumbled at the same travel interruption - international train in Europe was cancelled due to mechanical breakdown. Lucky them, they had different travel insurance and were reimbursed train fare with no questions. I, unfortunately, had Travel safe, my claim was denied. Similarly, my other claims for the same trip were dismissed. If you are really looking for insurance company that will be there for you in time of need, look somewhere else.

Communications with company very bad, they didn’t handle my insurance claim properly and my wife and I lost over 6000.00 with very little help from staff. Can you imagine I spoke to several including supervisors would not speak to us. I spoke with ms Mitchell , Crystal, Alexis, Shelly, Mellisa, And Beth, I was hospitalized twice for a knee I almost lost my life. Since it wasn’t handled properly from the beginning. I'm not feeling very confident in this company. I had to file a small claim, so I emailed them for filing instructions. It's been 2 weeks and no one ever replied. I figured out how to file a claim myself and, after 2 weeks, no one has even looked at my claim. I'm glad that I don't have a large claim and that I didn't have an urgent situation because this insurance company isn't making me feel confident that they would be there to help if needed.
