Allie steered us through a travel fiasco summer of 2023. We missed flights and ended up missing our planned vacation. She stuck through it with us. She was always available and quickly responsive to me, working with the resort and airlines to get us rescheduled, it was not an easy process but she persevered with a pleasant attitude and patience. We just got home from a wonderful trip!

We asked Rita to book our European vacation. We knew our destinations, but were a bit nervous about booking flights, trains and hotels and not messing something up (location, times, etc.). Rita did an excellent job listening to our ideas and requirements and tweaking until we came up with the perfect itinerary. Our hotels and locations were perfect! It was so amazing to walk out the door and be in the middle of the action. We felt safe at each location and the and it was so easy to walk to most of our destinations from the hotel. Rita laid out the best foundation for us. From there, we could easily add our activities to the trip. I would highly recommend Rita for your European vacation!

We started working with Allie a while ago to start planning our trip to Hawaii. She was very responsive and answered all our questions (and there were a lot!). We planned a 7 day cruise around the islands and added a few days in Honolulu before and after the cruise. She helped us with booking the cruise, transportation, tours and much more. All the vendors we came into contact with in Hawaii were helpful, informative, and kind. I think i learned more about Hawaii from the bus driver taking us to Peral Harbor than in all the hours of research i did before leaving. I would recommend Alli or anyone with Cruise Planners for help booking your next trip!

Allie and Rita are the MOST AMAZING travel agents in St. Charles. They have been able to help me plan multiple trips and they make it so easy. Allie and Rita provided the best service I've had from travel experts in a very long time. Everything we needed was taken care of and when questions arose, Allie was very prompt to respond, including reassuring us of flight updates due to the adverse weather conditions on our returning flight to the states. We were very pleased to find out reservations were made at our request for a special Valentine's dinner at the resort we were visiting in Cancun. Allie is outstanding to work with when planning a vacation. I highly recommend her services!

Allie and Rita are the best! We have booked two trips with them. It was amazing that when our first trip had to be rescheduled due to COVID that Allie handled all of the arrangements and we got an extra day for FREE at the resort. But then it was totally awesome when Allie found our dream cruise on sale for $10,000 off. Quality, value, and service-all at one location.

It was a pleasure to work with Allie and Rita. They were prompt to respond to all of my questions that my husband I had. I even had a question while we were on our trip, and Rita responded immediately and Allie checked on me later that day to see if I needed anything else. They did a great job selecting the perfect resort for my family. My family all agreed that this was one of our best vacations, and we have traveled alot. Thank you Allie and Rita!!!
