We decided to do a different activity as a family, and we did it well. My husband and children did zip line and had a lot of fun.
The staff at the information desk were very understanding and friendly, I cannot say the same for those working on the trail. Some of them were shouting with very rude and unnecessary reactions, I did not like this at all. They were literally scolding people who came there.
My children and my husband finished the first 3 tours in 3 hours. As you get higher, the trails get harder. My daughter cried through some of them, but she still had fun.
Be sure to wear sneakers and tight trousers. Be sure to go to the toilet before starting the tour. Those who are afraid of heights like me can go inside and take photos. thanks

We absolutely love Tree Trails! My son went for the first time last year when he was 8, and because it was the off-season, two incredible staff members—Jessica and Griffin—went up with him. They were so kind, fun, and supportive, and even taught him some really cool tricks. It was such a confidence-boosting experience for him, and he’s talked about it ever since.

We came back today for his birthday party, and the experience was just as amazing—if not more so. As soon as we arrived, my son spotted and immediately recognized Jessica, and was thrilled to see her again.

The real standout moment came later in the party when one of his friends had a full-on meltdown up in the trees—crying and asking to come down. Without hesitation, Jessica suited up and climbed up to meet him. She spent about 45 minutes with him, one-on-one, gently coaching, encouraging, and helping him work through his fears until he completed the course. It was truly above and beyond. She is simply amazing.

Every staff member we encountered was helpful and upbeat, and Lori, the event planner, made sure everything ran smoothly. The level of care, patience, and support at Tree Trails is unmatched. It’s not just about climbing—it’s about building confidence and having fun in a safe, supportive environment. We are so grateful for everything they do. We’ll definitely be back again!

This place far exceeded my expectations. I have done similar courses in the past and it was my wife's first go at it. She and I both loved it.

It has all levels from kids, beginners, and as tough as you want to get. You'll work your way through the levels and by Blue, you'll be thinking about your life choices.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, motivating, and well trained.

Not only our we planning our next trip but I will be recommending this to my place of work for future team building events.

We did do the night light event and the inclement weather looked to be a concern. We called ahead and they said we could come early. Just as our time elapsed and we were packing up, they were having to pull the other climbers off of the course for lightning in the area. I would plan ahead and you'll be fine.

Would recommend to anyone who wants an adventure. It isn't that difficult and you can go at your own pace. We felt 1000% safe going on to the course after our instruction and there were plenty of staff if we had concerns or questions.

The location is ideal. I had no idea this hidden gem existed so close to home in Trevose. The people were great. Helpful and patient. The trails were really fun, just challenging enough. They have different levels among the adult courses as well so there's something for everyone regardless of how nervous or adventurous you are. I do wish there was just a little bit more for the little kids because it takes longer to do the adult stuff, so the little kids need more to occupy them. So I would not recommend this for someone who is really adventurous and outdoorsy and wants to do all the adult courses but also has small kids. They will yell up at you from the ground continuously about how bored and hungry they are. Once my youngest is old enough to do the adult trails, we'll be right back! I'd also see this as a great friends activity or for birthdays!

So I've had a more well-rounded experience now. We came back when my youngest turned 7. She was able to do the yellow (beginner) trails and she was thrilled to be up so high and get to do something a bit harder than the kid trails. We tried to do a green trail (difficult even for me, but still considered just one stop above beginner) and while my 10-yr-old got through, the younger couldn't make it through. So now I can also speak to my experience having a kid repelled down from the middle of the course! While we were both sad she couldn't continue, the staff were so great about calming her down and coming to 'rescue' her. She understood she was not in danger, and this was not a traumatic experience, but rather, she now knows that at 7, she conquered the yellow trails, which she really wanted to do, and in a year or so, she can come back and try the green trails again. It's something to aspire to! I will say that adults and tall people probably take for granted things that are at our eye level; just because a 7-yr-old CAN reach the wires, it's pretty exhausting pretty early on if you have to reach above your head for everything. THAT SAID, she amazed me at what she was able to accomplish before she just couldn't go any farther. So I love this place for being an adventure we can keep coming back to in order to try to conquer one more trail each year. My ten-yr-old will attempt a black or blue trail next year, and I always love it, so we're customers for life.

My son and I had a ton of fun at TreeTrails. The staff were kind and helpful, the grounds were peaceful and well kept, and the courses were stimulating and varied. It’s an activity that pushes you mentally and physically and once you get the hang of it, it’s so much fun. We loved the zip lines in particular 🙂 We’ll definitely be back again and plan to conquer some even harder routes next time!

Today was one of the most enjoyable days I ever had. We hosted my turning 8yo and my husband's bday at TreeTrails. They provided wagons to luge 100 beverages to the picnic grove (shade is excellent). I had ice, cup cakes the works and 3 wagons got it to the right spot. Once of our spectators is disabled. They drove her in a ATV. Big smiles!! They gave a large group (25+ people) a practical lesson and trial class. It was so confusing but he kept explaining and used language children and ESL guests could understand. The practice course was hard but 7yos did it and we all passed. The climb began after checking in within an AC office. You are weighed but it's at the counter like a step stool and it's not shown. They prevented me from peaking lol. We all started on the same platforms and had 4 directions to go. It was a tad like mini golf with a small party behind us but they were lovely. One child feel and knocked off her sneaker. She panicked. She is young but already over 5"8. This teeny person helped her scoot backwards to the platform. Later she tried again and succeeded!. Every parent is bombing us with bday pics. Only 1 no show and all kids got a BOGO pass. We had a blast. I even participated and shouting about the pizza delivery from the tree. They carried it down for us and fridged the cupcakes. It was 96 today and kids got water bottles like bag ones that clipped on. They also had water stations at certain platforms with misting fans. I've never seen grown men and kids laugh so much. The courage, the confidence building and sheer excitement. A few spectators and one brave man in cargo shorts took great pics. We got a million thanks but thank you and thank you for treating our guests so well. We laughed, cheered, celebrated, encouraged. It was by far the best experience let alone combo birthday party ever. It's not cheap however my hubs saved up. I wondered why I only knew half the guest list lol all work buddies. We had a fantastic time. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful, Injury free experience. I did find the first green easy but the other one (facing platform and to the right) was mad hard or jelly arms. I was leaping across like nothing then suddenly I'm using muscle I didn't know I had. It was amazing for a special birthday party. My husband had a smile day as did my son.

Absolutely terrible attitudes! I’m all for safety but these people are miserable especially with kids who have no idea what they’re doing after watching a 5 second intro. They Have no patience. Do not recommend for birthday parties. Ignorant teenage staff except Grace (I believe her name was) who was the only one who jumped into action to help the kids while the rest of the workers sat under the main tree courses.

EDIT to add: Got a response stating I was never here, but then they change it? Photos for proof, Not very professional. I was a GUEST here at a birthday party. They gave the party host rain checks, but still does not disregard their behaviors.
