Worst experience EVER! Bus problems to and from our cruise!!!! Sitting on bus right now waiting to leave port! Broken down bus on way to ship! Driver lost, could not find cruise ship! Do NOT use this travel agency!!! Agent said they ALWAYS use this GREAT bus line! Terrible experience! No support from agency while broken down in lot!!! Deserves NO stars!!!
