I received deceptive information from Tropical Escape. I was informed that they took over the property a few weeks prior to my stay. I was informed that I needed to retract my statements. If ai was a property manager I would have inspected the property prior to taking over. I would have ensured that all issues were resolved.I was told that if I sign a NDA my case would be resolved. I signed the NDA. My case was not resolved. Tropical Escape, Feltrim and Balmoral lied about my refund. It is no longer about the refund it’s about the truth. People please be careful about using anyone of these facilities. I was threatened with legal action. I am expected to live up to my word. I think that it is unfair that a NDA goes one way. I was lead to believe that Feltrim maintained the property. Tropical Escape took over April 1, 2023. I checked into 202 Kenny . The place could have and should have been better maintained. I spoke with multiple state agencies to resolve this matter. Please stay at another facility. There has been nothing but lies. I believe I have the right to warn the public after this company breached their agreement. Tropical Escape told me that my issue was with Feltrim. Solie told me that she would have this issue resolved by July 26. I signed the NDA June 26. I informed The General manager that the NDA was void because they breached their agreement. He told me that he was going to file legal action if I posted anything. I am only telling you all what type of people you are dealing with. I drove 16 hours for my son’s 14 birthday. He only gets one 14th. The pandemic stopped our original trip. This trip was a way to feel normal again. We did not have a good experience at the property. The rep from the Camber or Commerce told me that she had a pleasant experience with the rep from Tropical Escape. I told her they would be nice to her because of her position. I was never seeking money from them. We call to complain for 4 days while we were there all calls are recorded. Based on my experience Tropical Escape, Freltrim or Balmoral does not value its guest. There are hundreds of other places that you can stay at. Please people take your business somewhere else. I called multiple times trying to get resolution. Folk you know how the game is played. Please stay away. This place is a money grab.
