Came here with my fiance Saturday 1/18/2025! Bought tickets for 55 / ticket 1 month in advance. Had a 10 am reservation. Go early! We went down the hill over 14 times and we were late for our reservation. Have a cute little lodge to grab coffee and a snack if you need it.

Visited the place on MLK Monday 2025. It was a morning session and the day after the snowstorm, so there was a lot of snow and not so many people. The lift was working and my daughter and I went down many times and even finished the session earlier because had enough runs and got tired. The food choices are limited, but French fires were good and pizza was delicious. Most of the lanes were open and working fine. If you tie more than 2 tubes together, they will go slower, so we preferred going down one by one.

Super muddy no artificial snow. They drag the tube on a muddy road by a truck instead of using a lift. Paid 2 hour pass and only managed to ride 4 times due to heavy wait time. Shouldn’t come if snow is short.

Staff is very friendly. Caitlin at the registration is super sweet. A bit pricey and prepare to get muddy so bring plastic for your car or extra change of clothing. But great views and comfy lodge area.

Snow tube lanes were ok. Issue was that the magic carpet wasn’t working that day and they did not give us any heads up prior to getting there or offer a discount or offer another day. Pricing was 50$ a person and we were three so it was not cheap and was disappointed about not knowing earlier

I purchased these tickets a month in advance. Everyone was looking forward to a great day. It was awful. More mud than snow, the lift wasn't working so we either had to climb back up or ride in a shuttle where the driver stunk of smoke. There were very few food choices in the cafeteria. Mostly they had chicken fingers and french fries, they didn't even have a bottle of water. Save your money, go elsewhere.

We had a great time. I booked our tickets months ago so we really were hoping for the best weather wise. There was no natural snow but they made plenty so the hills were all ready to go. It was icy and slick so we zoomed down quickly.

The kids had a great time. We went during two different time slots on a Saturday. The 11a slot was packed and we didn't get to go down too many times. The 3p slot had very few people and we got to go down around 10 times over the course of an hour.

The food in the cabin is unsurprisingly overpriced and low quality but my expectations weren't high so it was fine. Overall I'm glad we went. We are not a ski family but we really enjoyed this weekend getaway.

We visited the Windham Tubing Park on Saturday, December 28th, from 4–6 PM, with reservations made in advance for the holiday weekend. Unfortunately, the conveyor belt that transports guests and their tubes was out of service, which complicated the experience significantly.

The overall operation was disorganized and inefficient. Of the five available lanes, only 2–3 were in use at any given time, and the staff provided little to no direction. Despite spending two hours there, we only managed four short runs (about 15 seconds each).

While walking back up the hill wasn’t a major issue for me, I didn’t appreciate how the tubes were transported behind a pickup truck on a muddy road. This left the tubes covered in mud, creating an unpleasant experience when it was our turn to use them.
