Good resort and nice location. Only thing I would change is the beds. They were terrible and everyone in my group agreed. It was hard to get a good sleap waking up and adjusting your body all the time. But if the beds were replaced with new nicer ones it would have given it 5 stars. The cabin was very clean and nice. Both pools were nice and clean also. Lots of boat dock space. And brush piles right out from the dock to catch fish on.

Perfect resort to bring the family. Our kids love the facility, in door and out door pools, horseback riding, roomy cabins to play games, and a beautiful lake that not busy. Water skiing, tubing and swimming off the boat, never ending fun. Lorita and John take care of everyone, greats hosts!

Out of the way resort with a nice pool and game rooms. Most cabins are older (guessing 50's vintage) cinder block construction that have been renovated and are kept clean and in good working order. The owners and staff are great people. We rented the pontoon boat for the day and had a blast on the water.

This is a great place to get off the beaten path and enjoy the beauty of the Ozark Mountains.

Great place to get away from it all! Located right on the lake with docks and slips on beautiful Bull Shoals Lake. Cabins give a nice sense of privacy. Owners are truly good people that take a great deal of pride in maintaining the property and going above and beyond to be helpful. We had an issue with our watercraft and they were more than willing to loan tools. Definitely will return with the whole family!

The rooms and cabins may be dated, but they are clean. The indoor and outdoor pool are well-maintained, there are two indoor game rooms with something for everyone and the best part is going to the shore for stargazing at night with amazing views of the milky way. The resort is kid friendly and you couldn't ask for a friendlier staff.

It has been 35+ years, I was a teenager on our last visit and the indoor pool had finally opened to try out after seeing the construction start on prior visit. LOL We always stayed here for at least a week before heading in to Branson. So many memories and looking at the photos today brought back a lot of memories. The hill to the lake..walking it the first few times will tire you out, but as a teenage it was great to have a place you had free reign all day long using the outdoor pool, fishing off the dock, paddle boating, hanging out in the game room, riding horses or ducking into the restaurant to grab an ice cream cone before settling in with a good book under the stars. Ohh, and the cattle passing by while you were in the pool was always unique from a then teen perspective.

By far one of the best vacation spots I've been to. I've been going here 25 years now and I love it. Boating, tubing, skiing, canoeing, paddle boats, fishing, 2 pools w/diving boards and more. Cabins are clean and air conditioned. Staff is friendly. This resort is old fashioned and has a very laid back atmosphere. I love going here year after year knowing that I will just have a week where I can kick back and relax and not have to run around doing things.

Very honest people. We had to leave a couple days earlier than expected and they didn’t even charge us for the remaining 2 days that we had the room reserved for. Fair prices and very polite staff. Fishing was slow because of the high lake level but we still managed to get a good number of large crappie right off the dock.
