First time I went here was a few years ago. A bit confusing. Went there today, no so much. Nice lady in the media lab. Nice ladies at front counter. All sweet, helpful and patient.

The people were very friendly and helpful. I was able to take my test in a quiet place in a timely manner, with reliable equipment. The room was very large and you get your own cubical. It was a bit on the cool side for me but my pull over was enough to fix that. I hope to have any further certification tests here!

So, I went back today for my annual training and I felt compelled to revise my review. The staff today were all friendly and solution minded. I spoke with the manager and she indicated that unfriendliness is not going to be tolerated. I am happy to say that there have been improvements to the website and the overlap experience has been much improved.

Some of the staff of kind of rude. My teacher was very informative but sped through the lesson faster than any of us could write. Nice place though. People just need to be more friendly...

I took the ADEM water operator certification exam here. The last time I took a similar exam, it was located in another place and the exam room was as small as a closet but there was plenty of room here. The staff was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions.
