Les dejo mi experiencia personal.En esta agencia yo pagué un gran cantidad de dinero por dos pasajes de avión para los primeros dias de mayo.La gestora Sandra Jimenez me dijo que tenia que esperar de 5 a 10 dias para recibir los boletos y me dio la segurida de que los únicos cambios que podían existir eran cambio de horario de salida del vuelo o algún cambio de aeropuerto; pasaban los dias y nadie me contactó, cuando llamo me dicen que los pasajes serian para finales de mayo y que tenia que pagar $800.00 dólares más.Lo único bueno de todo es que recupré mi dinero, fuí a otra agencia y el mismo día que pagué los boletos me los dieron. Abusan de las necesidades de las personas. Cada cual hace lo que desee, yo no recomiendo que no den dinero por adelantado. Yo no recomiendo a esta agencia.

I leave you my personal experience. In this agency. I paid a large amount of money for two plane tickets for the first days of May. The manager Sandra Jimenez told me that I had to wait from 5 to 10 days to receive the tickets and she gave me the certainty that the only changes that could exist were a change in the departure time of the flight or some change of airport, days passed and no one contacted me. When I call they told me that the tickets would be for the end of May and that I would have to pay $800.00 dollars more. The only good thing is that I got my money back, I went to another agency and the same day I paid the tickets and they gave me those. They take advantage of people's needs. Everyone does what they want, I don't recommend that they give money in advance.I don't recommend this agency.
