5 stars for this lovely hotel! Walking distance to the music fest, stayed at the magnolia house Saturday night and brought our fur babies and we loved it. Such a cute and charming house. Very comfy bed and loved the Victorian style decor. Will definitely stay again next year!

I once performed here at a joint bachelorette/birthday party. It was a fun and profitable event with a group of fun girls that was enhanced by the unique character of this hotel. Definitely more magical than a Holiday Inn or something along those lines. I have to imagine this is true for any guest here. The experience certainly stuck with me. Check it out if you’ll be spending the night in the area.

My wife and I stayed in the Magnolia room on 05/28/2024. One word describes every facet of the stay; PERFECT!
The proprietress, Lara, is really nice. The gentleman, Jake, I made reservations with was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very well appointed and immaculately clean. The downtown location is great. Hope to be back in the area in the future. Will definitely stay again.

Casual, quirky, and quite affordable. Located in a historic building right on the square, this hotel is surrounded by restaurants and is only one block from the Murphy Arts District. My balcony room was huge, although the comfortable bed was just a standard. All the furnishings were dated, but quaint. The room was clean, and the a/c was cold on a hot summer day. Plumbing worked well, and there were plenty of thick towels. I arrived after office hours, and the key was available from a coded lockbox. It appears the proprietors are working to preserve a historic landmark at a price point suitable for this area. The room includes $10 off a very nice breakfast at the adjacent restaurant. People are friendly in El Dorado.

You won’t find a lot of 5-star ratings in my reviews. There is nothing I could improve here.

It’s a city block of guest suites all ON the Square within walking distance of everything in the Downtown City of Gold!

Super clean room (Suite #9 at least) with TWO balconies on the corner suite with outdoor chairs (see photos), Coffee maker/coffee, mini-fridge, love seat, chair, huge bathroom and makeup area, plenty of mirrors. They are thoughtful enough to include $10 off breakfast while dining in an old, retired, beautifully restored railcar behind the fountain in the Corinne Courtyard (steak & eggs/avocado was only $6.95). Excellent “Off The Rail” eatery within 50 paces of my back-door. Fabulous!

To top it all off, the host offered me a ride to Elderado airport on my departure! What else could I ask for? A couple of bottles of water would be nice, and maybe a bottle of wine with cheese and crackers, and…..STOP HERE FOR THE NIGHT $109 for last night. I’ll be back!

I absolutely loved the feel of this place. It was cozy and Victorian old style which I loved. AC worked great. Linens were nice and clean. We didn't like that we had to wait on someone to check us in. We stayed in room 12. Bed was hard and I tossed and turned the majority of the night. Still enjoyed our stay though.

Located in and throughout ElDorado, Arkansas this is one of the coolest places we stay.
The Captain Ledge Band is a regional touring act so we stay in a lot of different places. Union Square Guest Quarters is among our favorite places to stay. The ambiance of the area is outstanding. The rooms are clean and at the same time historical and ALL the people are simply amazing. This is a well kept secret and an amazing place to spend a few days.
