Thank you to Unique Travel for putting together my amazing honeymoon to Costa Rica. We fell in love with the country and the hotels and tours you recommended. My rating for this agency is ZERO
I booked a trip with my 2 daughters to London and Scotland for March 2020. I'm a single mom , had 2 jobs at the time and I was saving money every month for that trip. Finally in the beginning of 2020 the trip was paid , flights, train, excursions, hotel etc. Than COVID came and we had to cancel the trip. I totally understand that and I knew that I will lose some money, but not everything. I was willing to go next year or whenever will be open again. I kept emailing the agent every 3 months to get a refund or credit. NO ANSWER. Last year 2021 I think I emailed them 5 times and NOTHING. Not even a call. Not going to tell the amount but was more the 3K dollars lost. I think between the agent and the owner , they should come up with something to keep the customer. I never expected the full amount back but i never expected lose everything. Is embarrassing having a business like that. Everybody lost money during that time, including me losing my business and starting from Zero again, but whatever my customers had at the time I HONOR every single penny. That is been honesty. NEVER RECOMEND to go to this travel agency or trust them. I got tired about emailing them or calling them.

I booked a 4 night trip to Mexico thru Patti Olshen. The money I paid should of been good for like at least a week. I feel so robbed. Obviously Patti has no idea what's she selling. Referred me to a place that Karoke is the entertainment and lights out at 11pm. At a resort? You got to be kidding. unacceptable. This is the reason why i used an agent. Unbelievable you cant make this up. I hope some people read this and do their research..

Do not use this agency. Save your time and money and use a professional elsewhere. They cancelled providing service to our travel group after 2 months and not booking a single room for our guests. And then offered to give us only half our booking fee back…after providing none of the services agreed to.

Great people. Great service. Our cruise was amazing and Unique Travel took care of everything: dining, excursions, even some last-minute changes. Wonderful experience and we're definitely going through Unique Travel for our next family vacation.

Wow! Talk about horrible customer service. My husband and I were looking to go on a trip to Europe approx 2 months from now for 2 weeks.
We ran by at 5:15 on a Friday. Mind you, summer hours are from 9-6. I rang the door bell and a lady came to the door and stared at me for approx 45 second with a disutained look. She finally reluctantly open the door and asked me with a quizzical question. Can i help you with a attitude. I told we're looking to travel.
1st thing she said, we are closed. I pointed at the sign which said below the regular sign hours. Summer hours Monday thru Friday 9-6. She said, no were're closed.
101 customer service, she should have addressed me this way. 1) No problem, I can help. Today i need to leave earlier would you like to make appt for Sat. 2) Come on in, give me some ideas what you and your husband looking for? It would have taking her about 5 minutes to be polite.That is how professional person would have handled it.
She did not do that, so I walked away and told my husband let's go to the one on glades. Soon as she heared that, her reply changed "you rang the door bell and it surprised me."
I thought to myself how is she surprised by that. It's not like I'm asking her for a cup of sugar. I walked away and they her attitude changed and asked How I can i.help you. I did not reply. I suggested to my husband let's go. Writing this review in hope people will know and the business owner as well.
Employees can make the business or drive the customers away and that's what she did. Times are tough and every sale counts which leads to referrals.
She need to be trained in dealing with the public and be upbeat. Since traveling is suppsed be a fun topic.Her appearance needs to be polished and updated. I would not go back.
