On 12/23/2014 at 4:57pm. I was being served by an employee named Boba, and I believe her actions were disrespectful and inappropriate.

At the time, I was in line with my 4.5month old baby, who was in a car seat that, along with the baby, weighed approximately 30 pounds. When the employee called for “next in line,” I immediately picked up the car seat and my two packages to approach the counter. However, while I was still in the process of picking up my items, the employee rudely said, “I don’t think you are ready.” By the time she made this comment, I had already placed my mail on the counter.

Her tone and attitude were dismissive, and she raised her hands in a gesture that seemed to express confusion or irritation. She then told me, in a condescending manner, that I needed to “seal it,” referring to the items I was sending. I politely explained that I had assumed the items simply needed to be handed over, but I quickly complied and sealed them. Throughout the interaction, her behavior was unprofessional, and she even gave me a dismissive hand gesture as if questioning my actions.

I was upset by how I was treated, especially as I was managing a baby and had no intention of causing any inconvenience.

I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and the attitude displayed by this employee was far from what I would expect from a USPS representative.

The staff in this post office is beyond excellent. They are very friendly, helpful and patient. They are also so kind offering money saving advice to you for shipping your packages. Thank you! Best post office in the entire bay area! 👍 👍

Terrible. The clerk was one of the worst ever. Charged me extra to ship an eBay package that was already prepaid and matched the dimensions. The lady did not know anything at all was extremely rude, then stamped "POSTAGE DUE" on the package. She was also asking questions that were extremely unrelated. A kindergartner can do better than this lady could ever do. Worst USPS experience ever. 0/10 if I could!

They ask to buy a tape just for sealing packaging. It's just 1 ft. They could do this for complimentary.

Easy access, folks are nice, has a 24/7 self service kiosk, and well stocked priority mail supplies.

Nothing good except easy parking. Clerk here prefer to communicate with you for 1 min to avoid scam a barcode that takes only 2 seconds and solves the problem.

Literally the best USPS experience I’ve ever received. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I wish my local post office was like this location!
